I had high hopes for treating the varicose vein in my leg that has been there for 18 years. I had…read morealways assumed it was cosmetic but I went in for a consultation with Dr Wright's assistant and she did some testing and said insurance would cover the treatment because it was a failed vein. I had several appointments and at two of them I received treatment on the vein. When I went for the second follow up appointment, I pointed out to the assistant that the vein was way more swollen and I have new spider vein and a new varicose vein above the area they had treated. Dr. Wright examined the area and said the treatment was "medically complete." I was bewildered and he just kept repeating that. I asked how that could be, since it looks so much worse than when I started. Then I realized - he was saying this was all insurance would cover. I asked how much it would cost me to have it actually look better, and he said it would take at least three more treatments and possibly more, impossible to tell - $400/each or three for $1000. AT NO POINT before this had anyone said a word that insurance would cover the closure of the vein but not the appearance. It is entirely possible that it was in fine print of something I signed since they have the patient sign the waiver after getting disowned and while sitting on the treatment bed. Totally untrustworthy. If I could do it over I'd go to a medical office not a cosmetic office. Don't waste your time & money here.

So what will it be, Dr Prada? Lawyers making you pay damages AND the refund by order of the court or simply refund my good friend's $15,000 she is owed by you? To which the other patient said she was booked for the same and her paperwork came as such. We did receive a apology. Got placed in a room, only for another employee to come in with a poor bedside manner. The door opened at one point, we were not addressed, only told the physician would be late due to weather and the door shut. The only positive was the physician Dr Reggie was very nice and informative. I'm sure the physicians are not aware of how their office staff is with their patients, if they were they would get new employees.

I can see my right eyelid from 3/4 to the corner in my right eyelid. It blocks my peripheral vision. I went in to talk to Dr. Buchanan about it. He said there is nothing he will do about it. He said that if I want to come back in 6 months I can pay for him to repair it. I now have two different looking eyes. The left eye looks normal and my right eyelid is drooping over the outer corner of my eyelid. I would never recommend the anyone use Dr. Buchanan. The surgery was botched. He has no compassion regarding my situation now.
