We have been going to Dr. Kadin for several months now and I must say it's been such a positive experience. She is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and cares so much about her patients. My kids love going there and even wave "hi" everytime we drive by. She provides helpful and useful information in her office for people to read. She takes great care and pride in her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Kadin, she helped my daughter with her leg and now the rest of us have been going. Dr. Kadin is honest about treatment and does not schedule extra sessions that are not needed. I've been going to Dr. Young for several years now and I have to admit that she's the only doctor I've ever hugged. I was in so much pain from my golf game that it literally hurt to breath. After one treatment I was completely pain-free and back on the course. I could not believe how efficiently she is able to heal people. It's a gift. For what it's worth, I have been to three or four different chiropractors and Dr. Young is the only one who did *not* say, "We're going to need you to come in three times a week for the first three months, then twice a week for six months, and then down to once a week for another six months." She just fixes you up and sends you on your merry way. My wife discovered Dr. Young because of her certifications in maternity chiropractic (maybe I'll get my wife to submit a review in that regard). I cannot state this more clearly: if you have pain in your joints, spine, neck, etc., then go to Dr. Young and she will make it better - period.

I still on my own should and try to watch my posture and take more breaks as I sit too long and stare at a computer. His office can do x-rays and Dr.Lee uses the results to determine adjustments needed. He accepts my insurance. His no frills office setting has a recovery area and adjustment room. First you get changed into loose top and shorts and then get adjusted with consultation first. Then you head to the recovery room where various heat or other electric pulse therapy is applied to the pain areas. I like to snooze briefly then. Each appointment takes about an hour for adjustment and recovery. Once my acute pain areas were treated, I switched over to maintenance mode for monthly adjustments I.e. tune up. They take my insurance as well, which is Anthem Blue Cross, so that helps with the cost. Ive been an athlete for most of my life, and now I just train at the gym and do CrossFit on occasion. I was in need for some physical therapy because I injured my groin and lower back doing heavy squats. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. So let me break it down for you... The office itself is really nice! I love the ambiance. It is a nice, cozy, trendy and clean office space. Upon walking in, you are greeted by whomever is at the front desk and there are several chairs for waiting and magazines to look at. Sam, Andrea and Carla are wonderful!!! They are very friendly and make your experience comfortable and pleasant! This place has compression machine for your legs, a physical therapy exercise area with a lot of sports/exercise equipment, office space for adjustments and additional therapies (cupping, needling, massage gun, etc.), and a warm massage bed while you're hooked up to an electrical muscle stimulation machine. Each of my appointments typically follow the same routine and i started going in twice a week for four weeks. Ill do 15 mins on the warm massage bed while hooked up to the electro stimulator, then ill do 15 minutes of compression, then 15 minutes of going through my physical therapy exercises led by Andrea. She is great at walking you through the movements and she switches up the exercises each time. Then ill see Dr. Dillon Balkin for more focused work on my injuries whether it be cupping, massaging, needling, adjustments, etc. Dr. Dillon Balkin is great! He is very professional, extremely personable and friendly, and you can tell he is passionate about his work and is very knowledgeable. I always appreciate his recommendations and they always help me progress with my recovery. My back and groin have healed tremendously and i can now do full squats with heavy weights again. I enjoyed coming here so much that I continued to go here to treat my shoulder injury from 2017 that I have been doubtful about getting treated again. I went to a different physical therapy practice for my shoulder in the past and it only got worse, so i've been hesitant to "waste money" to get it checked out again. To my honest surprise, Dr. Balkin found the issue and as i started to follow the program/exercises he prescribed me, it's actually getting better and im ecstatic! She knows muscles, bones, how the body moves, when the structure is off and educates the patient on the corrective action along with exercises to assist in balancing the body. She uses movement and heat to allow the muscles to relax before her adjustments. The X-rays she took were much better than my spine doctor's office. Her review of them helped me understand why I had pain and how the treatment plan would strengthen my body to reduce/remove pain. My daily exercises support my monthly adjustments.

I started seeing her when I was 7.5 months pregnant; and because of the adjustments she's made and the exercises she's taught me to do, a month later my pain is nearly gone--something that I never thought would happen in my third trimester! I only wish I had started to see her earlier, because for a long time I really thought my only options as my OB stated were Tylenol (largely ineffective) and a belly belt. What I also didn't realize was that my insurance (CareFirst PPO) would cover so much chiropractic treatment--20 visits annually with just a copay. If you're on the fence, meet with Dr. Jensen. She's incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and not trying to up-sell you on things. Her receptionist has also been very helpful and kind, too.
