They hadn't made the AFOs for me, so they were under no obligation to replace anything for me. I was met and helped by Bassel, who politely listened to my story, got the go-ahead to replace everything, and then did so. When he brought my cleaned-up AFOs back to me, I didn't even recognize them! Brand-new looking! I started trying to get a new leg in June, 2017 from the unnamed company until the Prosthetist hurt me 4 weeks ago and I fired him. I contacted Evergreen's Spokane Valley Office (after reading the positive reviews here) and Libby connected me with Alex Bates on October 8th of this year. Alex and her team has been very good and efficient in working with me. I picked up my new leg today (11/08/2017) after only 3 weeks since my first visit. The prosthesis fits nice and looks great. During that time he treated me not only fairly but beautifully. The staff is wonderful. When I have called and spoken to the nurse and appointment person for the doctor seeking either an appointment or asking a question they've either picked up their line or called me back promptly. I have an extrusion (L4-L5) and a knee tear resulting from an auto accident in March. For the last few days I have been in a lot of pain, unable to stand straight, sit or walk without feeling pain. Upon arrival, I was seen fairly immediately. I spent about 30 minutes with Dr. Bones (yes, that's his real name). The doctor was wearing a Superman costume for Halloween today, but it was entirely appropriate as I left the office feeling 80% better than I had when I walked in. I am standing up straight and most of the pain is gone. I have never seen a more immediate and tangible result from a chiropractic adjustment. I was blown away, and I can honestly say this is the day I became a believer in chiropractic. Dr. Bones and his staff were personable and kind. The doctor took the time necessary to evaluate my condition before attempting an adjustment which I really appreciated. There are places on me, particularly my lower back injury, that if touched even lightly, can be excruciatingly painful. Dr. Bones brought the necessary sensitivity to those issues and was extremely careful when working near those areas. It was just a fantastic experience overall. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bones.

He listens, works very carefully and tries alternative ways to realign the spine in order to avoid causing any harm. Even the way he manipulates the neck results in my back "cracking" all the way down to the top of my fusion! Eventually we resorted to the twist-and-pressure that is traditional in chiropractic care, but my lumbar was being very stubborn and making life quite difficult. Again, he began gently, going by my cues as to the aggressiveness needed for the application. I am very pleased. I've been to chiropractors who want visits 2-3 times a week for 3 months; this place didn't do that. Usually a 2-week course is recommended, then a re-evaluation of symptoms, and a new judgement made from there. Ultimately, it's left in the patient's hands, with no pressure to continue with a recommendation. I'm now able to move my vertebrae on my own, for the most part, but still visit every 10-14 days. At least until I'm comfortable with the level of re-education my bones need.
