Keys were digital so I didnt even need to stop by the desk. However, the room was weird. The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was an actual line of dirt that was clearly visible under the sink. The toilet area had some kind of residue on the floor. Basically the entire tile floor had not been actually cleaned. The bed was also not done. The box spring cover was askew exposing nearly 60% of the box spring. The flat sheet wasnt attached properly to the top area of the bed so I could see the mattress. Then when I got in the bed I noticed the sheet was way down at the bottom so I am fairly sure that the sheets really hadn't been changed. Yuck. Now all of this was easily fixed. I contacted the front desk and they came up... cleaned the floor. Fixed the bed. Still... that should not have happened. It should have been ready prior to check in. The breakfast however was perfect. I usually dislike hotel breakfasts and wont eat them. This one was great. Clean. Well staffed. They oddly had the best tiny make your own waffles. The eggs were really good. Lots of fruit. Honest it was perfect. Lots to choose from. Would I stay there again? Not sure. I really feel my room wasnt cleaned and the housecleaning sta hoped i wouldnt notice. Lol.

Came in late last night; the parking lot definitely can use some improvement, a lot of construction material is in the outside of the building right by the entrance. As I came in, I was welcomed immediately, which was very nice. The front desk lady walked me to the elevator, which was really nice. The hallways are small on the first floor. The elevator was covered with insulation paneling. The room where I stayed was even though it was small and nice. Well...then a scream name was definitely not mine. The lamps in the room were dusty and dirty the curtain by the window was also dirty. It makes me feel a little bit un easy, but the sheets on the bed were clean and the pillows as well. However, at 7:15 am. I have someone knocking on the door trying to open the door and identify himself as a housekeeping so I get up to check the door which is really hard to open the latch is actually kind of lose so the door tend to get stuck. So of course it was housekeeping and they're telling me. Oh I'm sorry I didn't know somebody was in the room. It was marked as empty. I said obviously I'm here and then he follow by asking me if the heater was working OK and I'm like I don't know the room felt stuffy so I turned air conditioning on that's my first day/night so much for relaxing. I have one more night here, but I will not come back here. There are other hotels around the area. I will go somewhere else.

They couldn't give me any reason for the room cancellation. I showed my hotel confirmation, and no one would honor the room. I reported this to Marriot Customer service and sounds like HQ was having issues getting an explanation from the hotel manager. I booked the room through Marriot and not through a third vendor. I've been asking the hotel as a follow up to see why they cancelled, and still no response. It's been 3 weeks since I've stayed there. Sounds like they do this to customers to get more money knowing there isn't a lot of hotels in that town.

This hotel has been overlooked by many including myself until now…read more Needed a quick find and decided to try Staybridge. I did not expect to stumble on this gem of place. Everything was ordinary until you open the door to your room. It was an extremely spacious suite with a work area along side the living room that had a fairly good size TV. I normally don't sit on the couch but it was so inviting so I gave it a try. I didn't get up for a good hour. And it wasn't because I was tired. The kitchen has everything you could need. Whether it's regular or decaf coffee. All the utensils and pots and pans are there. It's always nice to be an able to cook a meal instead of constantly having to run out for food. The shower and bed are the two most important factors when you staying somewhere. Neither disappointed. The bed was absolutely perfect. They made it extremely hard to get out of bed. They have an indoor pool but unfortunately I didn't bring swim wear. They have an area where you can sit outside with an adult beverage. It was just nice to go out in the warm weather and relax. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. The upside is that breakfast was free. And they didn't disappoint. I have stayed in countless hotels due to my career and the Staybridge I would put close up to the top. Breakfast you had many things to choose from. Eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee cake and pastries, cereals and snack bars. Different types of coffee as well. I would highly recommend staying at the Staybridge suite hotel. Looking forward to my next visit in the area.

We really appreciated the barista going out of her way to provide our grandchild with a fun experience. The towels are large and soft. The bedding was apparently new as it was stiff, so not as comfortable as it looked. The bed was very firm but did seem to tilt to the edges. The room we had apparently had direct access to the venting for the AC and it was really loud each time the AC came on so avoid room 110 . There was a sound machine available on the nightstand which I was assuming was to mask the road sounds but I didn't hear the traffic at all so now I think it may have been to blend the sounds of the AC. We will definitely use this hotel again, just ask for a different room.

They arrived in a couple of days and were cheaper than anyone else. We also bought white to-go bags, rolls of table cover, disposable gloves and serving bowls. It's a smaller store so you don't have to drive around forever trying to find a parking spot. I've never had to wait long in line and there is always someone to help me carry it out to my car. I would say to make GFS your first stop when you're planning a big party for all of the basic essentials. It is a very functional, utilitarian stop.

"Comfort Inn" was more than I bargained for and I'm happy about the visit. Parking is plentiful, the hotel shares the parking with other surrounding hotels. However, this hotels look makes it stand out from the rest. Heading inside you see a spiral stairway heading to a conference area. The counter is on the other side. The ladies at the front desk were friendly. Check in was at 1pm so we were early. They took our information to hold the room which was nice. They also took our luggage and held it for us till we came back. After returning, we made our way to a large room with an empty mini fridge. The bed was comfortable. While this isn't the most luxurious hotel, it is a comfortable stop before finish the drive to Detroit. And the have continental breakfast at 6am, I mean come on, amazing!

I had ordered a set of 5 balloons and then a number 5 ballon as well. Let me start with the large balloons were great and my kiddo loved them very much. Now for the "regular" smaller balloons, I have to wonder when they were actually filled with air because less than 12 hours after pick up they are already hanging at halfway between the floor and the ceiling. I noticed pretty quickly once we got home that they didn't seem quite as full as some of the other ones. The prices there aren't super cheap so it was upsetting to me that within a couple of hours the balloons there already failing. I've gotten balloons before from grocery stores and such and know they should last much longer than these did. I would go back again in person to purchase to make sure they are being filled as I order....but I would never again trust them to do any balloons via online ordering or curbside.
