So, for quality of their laundry service - definitely 5 stars. I went yesterday, Saturday 7/18/26 12:50pm. There was no one at the counter. A printed sign said they were working on the floor and that we should look for them. I looked for a person that might fit the description of an employee, but could not find anyone. I called their posted number, (805) 522-6500, got a msg saying their voicemail was not set up. I waited another 5 min, then left. I hope they fix this problem. If people could call this number to notify the person working on the floor to let them know we have laundry to drop off, or if there was a button we could press at the counter, it would solve this problem. Apparently they had lost the ticket or misplaced the write up, and I get it that mistakes happen, but the lady had attitude with me when I said that i was there to pickup an order. She was apologetic once she realized they messed up but seriously wth. The guy I dropped them off with was also rude. He asked what the overalls were for and I said I sell them on Etsy. Crappy little laundromat with absolutely no one working and old machines…read more I had come here for the first time today expecting a decent place to do my laundry but boy was I wrong. The place was dead silent, which was awkward, and just looks extremely plain. The first machine I used ate $3.25 and simply did not turn on or register that I put money in. PERFECT THAT THERE WAS NO ONE WORKING TO HELP ME GET MY CHANGE BACK!! The other machines had residue buildup in the detergent resivoirs which was nasty and all of the machines smelled like a wet dog. Screw this place. And now I sit here as a dryer makes the loudest noise I've ever heard come from a dryer and turns the awkward silence into annoying ruckus. It honestly sounds like someone is drying a bunch of bricks or rocks. Never coming back here again. And now my clothes smell funky and are a bit faded. I'd rather drive to Simi and wash my clothes in a very nice and cheaper facility than ever come here even though its down the street from my house. Simi Valley Laundry if anyone is interested in a quality place with people there to help and CARDS instead of quarters THANKS WASHING WELL FOR YOUR ABISMAL LACK OF SERVICE
