You'll think, pretty good deal but honestly if it's too good to be true, it probably is! They have added so much turmoil- Numerous times attorneys are short fuzed, condescending and flatout rude. Be advised you'll call into an "outside answering service" who takes your call and sets up a case # and listens to. why you need support. They then schedule you a callback with an attorney. Then you'll wait several days for the call, explain everything AGAIN then he/she asks yoooou to wait for "an email" and to answer their questions YET AGAIN! Quite a waste of time. Then you have to call in, yet again, to schedule another talk with the attorney. It's quite bs waste of time. I think it's important to share that on numerous occasions they have not called on the "scheduled" time and when calling in no one knows where the attorney is or why he didn't call. When they do keep the scheduled attorney contact they pretend they're listening but then you'll get an email like i mentioned earlier asking you to put everything in an email. I think it's imperative to also know that this establishment (only) write "fluff letters" and then will refer you to an outside "litigation" attorney. Which we've had zero luck with. The few times they referred us to an outside attorney they advised they didn't practice that law so complete waste of time and still waiting for another referral and why this review id being shared. It seems as at first they were quick at responding with the first issue you bring to the plate then if you actually have other issues, and require legal advise or representation they drop the ball. In a little over three year that I've had this membership I've had about 22% good service and 88% horrible service. I've been hung up on, talked over, mislead, referred to so called "outside litigation attorneys " who have all told me that they don't provide that type of law. The way that they've mistreated, talked down by and actually hung up on twice because they don't like it if you require time, patience or don't understand legal procedures which is not professional or what anyone needs when you're dealing with stressful legal issues.
