They will bombard you to go back to them of course because of the money. My tax advisor there even scheduled an appointment for me without my consent and that was a complete no on my end. Please do not pressure your paying customers to do anything. This is definitely one of the better H&R Blocks hence why I am giving it a 3 star. It just comes down to what you need support wise with your taxes but please remember, this is a sales service for them.
