This was especially meaningful to me, as I am in Florida and making this purchase from afar, and sight unseen, so trust was an important factor to me. They sent detailed photos and information, I had Automotive Inspection Solutions do a complete inspection with photos to document the condition of the vehicle, which I did for insurance and shipping reasons, so in the event, anything happened I had proof of condition prior to any unforeseen incident. I had Steve at MM Freight Logistics arrange for Shaughnessy Overland Express to pick up and transport the Navigator in a covered trailer to my home. It was picked up on Thursday afternoon and arrived at 9:30 AM the very next day, I was impressed! The vehicle was perfect, clean and ready to roll. This was the most wonderful and stressfree car buying experience and I did it all from the comfort of my home while sheltering in place due to the CONVID-19 virus.
