I won't fault our Salesperson for any issues at this point because it was out of their hands but when their finance person, or whoever he was, got involved, things went down quickly. Being retired, we did not have a ton of extra money to put down so we were relying on using some of the money we SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED from our trade in, which had a KBB trade in value of $19,000+ which we still owed $10,500. This finance guy, decided they would just pay off what we still owed and expected us to come up with a ton of money down ourselves instead. He could give a rats ass that our trade in had a trade in value of $19,000+ and acted as if that equity we had in the vehicle meant nothing. With that amount of equity available, even if they sold it for an unheard of price of $12,000, it was an extra $2,000 for the dealership (or more likely, his own pocket). So, as far as their choice of vehicles goes and their professional salespeople (at least ours), they are great however if you do purchase there, I suggest getting your own financing and purchase it without a trade because you'll be out any and all equity you've got into it.

He says "YES" but be aware they may take advantage of you!!!…read moreWent in ultimately on 4/29/22 dropped car off that morning around 11am (yea we had a problem previously about getting an appointment for Service that they'd had technicians out and no open slots couldn't even make appointment online that they'd turned off those options for customers but salesman came back to phone to tell us to bring car in and they'd get it took care of) to have oil changed on 2022 Chevy Spark which we'd gotten done (received call around 2pm to come pick up Spark got back to Dealer around 215p) and there was some issues paying we'd previously purchased the full package of extended warranties through the dealership and shouldn't have had to pay for Services but salesman quickly helped us get that taken care of (took 3-5 days to get my money back) but while there we wanted to see what we could do to get partners name off the Spark and our previous salesman said we could trade in the Spark on something else and he'd do everything he could to get us around what we we're paying for the Spark $338 monthly that the value of the Spark was probably going to be more because values of cars was strange right now and so we test drove Chevrolet Trax SUV, I really fell in love with TRAX SUV and we proceeded in trading in the Spark (something I reflect back on is salesman saying the Trax was the same price of Spark 22,000 and payment would be about the same) as the processes proceeded he filled in my information there at his desk and went back and forth several times to the Station in the middle assume where they run information to determine which banks will take or give me a loan he came back to the desk at one point to tell us the value of the Trax SUV was 27,000ish dollars which threw us because we initially understood $22,000, but we proceeded still saying that to get our payments around $338 which again was what we were paying for the Spark, he'd come back to desk a few more times and nothing seemed to be where we wanted the financials to fall, the last value I understood and said I would pay was $400 monthly and he went back to center area and came pack with $498 (which isn't what I asked for in any of all the time we were there) but decided to go ahead with that thinking it was for the value of the car $27,000ish; then proceeded into office with Finance lady and signing of contracts and through that whole process was not at any point told there would be additional fees (she seemed to be preoccupied with stuff going on at home with her cat getting loose) again I understood $498 a month for the value of car at $27,000ish dollars and that's what I signed contracts understanding as well until papers came in the mail for interest rate of 10.29 which I wasn't made aware of (at all threw the whole process) with additional fees (finance charges) for $10,000 and it was at this Point I realized I was taken advantage of; I wouldn't have proceeded with trade in had I known their would be $10,000 tacked on...(it felt like we were there I know for at-least 3-4 hours and that in itself was ridiculous as well) They don't call back... So I received a response to my review a week after writing it on the Google reviews site but, the response seemed to be very automated looking like it didn't have much feeling or concern in the message at all; they supposedly wanted to correct this situation but I have called 3-4 different times and each time left messages and to this day not received a callback. The first time I called and asked who I needed to talk to about a review I had written, the response stated "feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience" no one I seemed to talk to knew who I needed to talk to. Another time I had been told they were going to give my message to a sales manager and received no call back then one day I called on a Wednesday and asked for the Lot Manager and been told they took my message for the Manager who'd been off that day and still to this day not gotten a callback. Honestly if were to speak with them I don't know that they'd do anything to help me and fix the previous incident.

On 09/07/24 my Yukan Denali broke down at Wendy's on Hal Greer across from Goldy's. My husband called the service manager Jeff on his day off to see if it was safe to jump the car. Jeff was at a ballgame but answered the call & offered to send someone to help. My husband called instead as to not disturb Jeff any more and reached out to Dustin (sales manager at Mitsubishi). Dustin immediately came down to check on me, checked a few things on the car and then drove me back up on the hill to his office. I called for a tow and he gave me a loaner to drive until they could get my Yukan repaired. He even transferred my belongings from the Yukan to the Jeep. Later he called to see if I made it home okay and wanted to know if I was happy with the Jeep. When I told him the seats hurt my back, he said he was off on Monday but would have me something else to drive on Monday that I could pick up. Turned out to be just the battery (original from 2018) they replaced it and I picked it up. Jeff and Dustin were outstanding and made sure of my safety. We will continue to purchase cars from this dealership. Thank you

In 2018 I bought a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica new from Goldy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Huntington,…read moreWest Virginia. At the time of purchase, sales staff told me verbally that Goldy takes care of its customers long-term -- things like loaner vehicles when a car is in for service, and complimentary car washes. Nothing about that was put in writing, and I want to be upfront that it wasn't. But I was raised to believe people's word means something in a business relationship, so I took it at face value. In the years since, I've received a total of three car washes, and -- as this page documents -- no loaner was offered during this repair. What started as a P0304 misfire code on cylinder 3 turned out to be a head gasket failure -- coolant was getting into the cylinder, and by the time it was diagnosed, the engine had hydrolocked. A hydrolocked engine means liquid got into a cylinder where the piston can't compress it, which is a much more serious failure than a bad coil or spark plug. The Pacifica sat at the dealership for about a month waiting on parts. No loaner vehicle or rental discount was offered for any of that time. The repair fell just outside the powertrain warranty by mileage. Per the dealership's own repair invoice (#27136), the technician's documented findings were: a blown 500-amp main battery fuse (integrated into the battery fuse/distribution assembly and not separately serviceable), and -- after jumping the vehicle past that fuse -- white smoke from the exhaust with no coolant in the system, which the technician's notes attribute to a blown head gasket. The correction performed was replacement of the head gasket on both sides of the engine, along with the fuse assembly. The invoice lists a "Warranty Claim Type" of W, but the labor itself is coded as a customer-pay job -- a documented inconsistency between how the repair was classified and how it was billed. The total charged was $3,879.34, paid in full. I filed a formal written complaint with Chrysler corporate and posted about the repair, and the known issues some other Pentastar V6 owners have reported with this engine family, on X and Facebook. We have also bought others cars there and it's always been a good experience. Thank you Katrina. We took our new car there in March to ask about some of the features. When my husband went inside the salesman AARON was sitting in his office with the light out. I guess that should have been an indication he didn't want to be bothered. When my husband told him why we were there the first words out of his mouth was "did you buy it here?" My husband told him it is a certified pre owned so we could take it to any Cadillac dealer. This man was rude and had a terrible attitude. All I needed was a little help but I certainly didn't get it. He was so rude to me and he seemed like he was mad about something. I told him he was being rude. His reply was that I was there asking for his help and I called him a jerk. It went from bad to worse. I told him I was going to call the manager and Cadillac, he said to call whoever I wanted. He also told us not to step in his door again and called my husband a nasty vulgar name as he walked away. I've never been treated like that before. AARON is a rude angry man. If he tries to help you I would suggest you walk away. I was excited to get help with a couple of thing on my new car but I left with no help and angry. I have complained to management and to my knowledge nothing was done about this. Beware of this salesman.

I had the absolute worse experience purchasing a vehicle from this place. I dealt with Jason B…read morethe whole time and he was not helpful at all. As the usual salesman is, he was looking out for himself than anyone else and once the deal was made he was very hands off and didn't care very much. During the test drive, I noticed that it wasn't too smooth stopping. The sales person indicated that it hadn't been driven in a while and that's common. I was skeptical, but I believed him. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that the truck shook vigorously at when stopping at increased speeds. I emailed the salesperson and he said to bring it in so they can look at it. After I brought it in, I was asked if I had been riding the truck hard because the brakes and rotors were shot. WHAT!? I've had the truck for less than a week and I'm asked if I personally did this?? I was outraged. Jason indicated that they would take care of me. During my wait, the tech came in and told me he took a test drive and was curious how the rotors were bad because he just had turned them. SO, the dealership KNEW that the brakes and rotors were bad from the beginning and didn't want to tell me. After all was said and done, they would not cover the cost of the brakes and rotors even though it was their fault. This dealership and the sales people/management that work their are dirty and I do not suggest having service or purchasing a car from there.
