They came the next day and fixed the problem incredibly quickly and we're able to explain what went wrong in a way I could understand. I'll definitely be calling MercaWood the next time I need any wiring done or something goes wrong. A bonus is the owner is a great guy. He started this business to provide for his family and now he has a team of electricians. Not only does he pay them well, but he provides them 401k and healthcare, which is expensive and something most electrical companies don't provide their employees. We had an electrical issue in one of the bedrooms and one of the circuit breakers in the panel. We…read morereached out to American Eagle Electric to do the repairs. The tech changed the circuit breaker and an outlet that caused the power outage in the bedroom. It turns out that in repairing the power outage the tech caused all the smoke alarms in the house to not have power due to him cutting the wires in the outlet and capping them off. That's very disturbing that wires were cut with no knowledge of what those wires were connected to. The outlet was not replaced as we were told. It was rigged with electrical tape to get it to function. I called another electrician to double-check the panel and the outlet because none of the smoke alarms worked. Thank goodness happened to our home. That was very scary to find out that our home was made unsafe due to an incorrect "repair". I surely didn't get what I paid for as in a proper repair .
