This is even without a visit needed so far (very busy holiday weekend, and a big $-saver for me.) Amazing would be a light way to describe the help Steve has given me, and I plan to turn over the maintenance and support of anything he handles, including some help in trying to set up sensors to help prevent future difficulties.
