The program she uses is extremely simple to use. Just upload all tax forms and they are stored in an online folder. Chat makes it easy to ask questions/supply answers. Any tasks needed to be done by taxpayer are listed and checked off as completed. Having to complete three returns was simple with the program. Returns were completed faster than I anticipated and ready to be signed. Anything that needed to be completed for filing was clearly explained. We always say, "there is nothing we can't do with a pool but the office"....well in comes Jeremy. He put together the most detailed presentation (that we completely understood) on how we should register our company, what tax breaks we could benefit from and all the paperwork we needed to get from A to Z. She also didn't know how to process the advance. Instead of saying this she didn't know what she was doing she disregarded the advance . I was there specifically for that. I complained and was promised I'd get my money back for the filing fee ($335) . That never happened . I got the run around from the local office and the manager Sharon. I even called the district manager, Andrew and no answer was given about where my check was. I'm totally shocked that this company has so many people working there who don't know what they are doing. When complained to the manager she left me a voicemail mail stating that "she did her job and I'm welcomed to file a complaint at the corporate level" She then blocked my number. Do not go here and trust these people with your information and refunds.
