Oh, well. Like other Costco with fuel, the gas pumps are located. Unless you have a massive vehicle, you can use the pumps on either side as they have very long hoses that will reach across most cars. Prices here are lower than other gas stations in the area because your fuel is "subsidized" by your Costco membership. When you get to the pump, scan your membership card and then your credit card. Store has inconsistent product inventory and locations. Lack of signage for stock moved to sale locations and employees unfamiliar with current inventory locations. That seems to be the result of following the everything on pallets store philosophy instead of having a real store layout. Checkout is generally swift but they offer no bags of any kind. Then after paying and the products legally belong to me, I have to wait in line so that a Costco employee can pretend that they're checking my receipt against my cart contents. Then they deface my receipt with a marker assuming I never would have cared about being able to read the receipt later.

The customer service is poor; their system is often "down;" prices at the register often don't match the advertised prices; but the worst thing is check-out. You'll have to load all the contents of your cart onto the conveyor yourself, as checkers have no assistance and it must not be part of their job description. Bathrooms need more often cleaning, and could definitely use updating. I now see why most of my friends and family prefer the Champaign Costco. Avoid at all costs!

They (all 6 of them) stood around and talked and laughed about customers while I waited. The pharmacist then refused to fill my medication because he didn't agree with the dosage MY DOCTOR has had me on for over a year. The pharmacy is disorganized, prescriptions are often delayed, and communication is poor. Every visit is frustrating and causes more anxiety than the previous visit. Anything you imagine a grocery store having, they have. There's a bench on the side of the market if you opt to hang out, and there's also bike parking, which is really convenient.

I asked her if I could have extra cucumber and she said I had to pay (understandable) so I declined. Lo and behold, when I open my noodles there are no cucumber to be found. So she either didn't pay enough attention to actually listen to my question, or decided to lie to me. Imagine if I paid extra. What would I have been paying for?
