He agreed in an email he sent me. 6 month later the property sold and I was to receive funds from the sale per court order. When the property sold he then gave me another invoice stating I owed him $10,000. According to the invoice he was charging for a court appearance which the appearance was him relived himself from the case because it was settled months before the other. The other changes he claimed were emails and phone calls. There were no emails sent to him or phone calls once the case was settle. When I asked to see the emails and proof of the phone calls. He instead told escrow to hold the money until I signed a an agreement that I owe him that money. Instead of hold the amount he claims is owed to him. He had escrow hold the whole amount owed to me which was three times what he claimed was owed to him. Since I could not afford an attorney and I would not sign a that agreement. The money sat in a trust for months until I received a judgement he was able to get without me even being notified there was a hearing. The lawyer is a greedy thief. He knew he was paid in full the email he sent stated he was paid already. Six moths later when the property sold and i was to receive my money he was greedy and wanted more free money. The guy is a crook. If wanted i can show you the proof he was paid already just let me know. Everything I have said is true and I can prove it. On January 19, 2022 I had a $250 consultation meeting with Arminé Barsegyan to inquire on how to evict a current tenant of ours who has been harassing, terrorizing, and threatening our other tenants in our rental property. I explained to her that we did not know what we were doing and needed help because our tenant is disturbing the peace and safety of our home and adversely affecting our other tenants who live there During the meeting I went over our issues with our tenant. I also asked multiple times if Ms. Barsegyan was sure she can evict our tenant during the eviction moratorium. Ms. Barsegyan told us with all the evidence I presented that we have a good case to evict our tenant. On February 2, 2022, The Dijulio law group sent us a $1500 retainer agreement for their help to evict our tenant. I thought I'd get the help she promised in the consultation meeting, but once I paid the $1500 it was impossible to get any thing done and get in touch with Ms. Barsegyan. On February 10, 2022 Ms. Barsegyan finally sent me a 24 our notice of periodic property inspection and instructions to post on my tenants room door. On February 11, 2022. I attempted to perform the property inspection, however our tenant outright refused. I then called Ms. Barsegyan, and she told me she couldn't evict for denial of entry, and there was nothing to do. Later that day my father called Ms. Barsegyan and she explained to my dad that she couldn't do much and that we had to file and Restraining Order to try to get our tenant out. When my dad asked for help with the restraining order she then told my dad they would CHARGE ANOTHER RETAINER for them to help us with the restraining order. My dad not pleased with that asked to speak with Mr. Dijulio, and She told my dad that Mr. Dijulio was going to call him the following Monday (2/14/22). On February 17, 2020, after multiple attempts of trying to reach the Dijulio law firm, Mr.Dijulio finally called my father and told my dad that they were not able to evict our tenant. We terminated the retainer after that conversation, and asked for a refund because they didn't do anything to help us, however, Mr. Dijulio refused saying they used all of the $1500. On March 3, Mr. Dijulio sent me a threatening email. He claimed that we tried to evict our tenant for being black -- which he knew was a lie, as we were evicting our tenant for physically threatening others in the house. Mr DiJulio then threatened to take us to court for an online review my dad posted about his firm. He actually threatened us with a Black Lives Matter Protest at our front door, which is ridiculous because I am minority too and our other tenants are also African American. This is VERY offensive. Not only did he lie about my motives -- he outright threatened me David Dijulio and Arminé Barsegyan are unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest, but what do you expect from attorneys that graduated from a bottom tier unranked law school? Would you want a lawyer who screws his own clients?

But the good news was that the case was in default. Mr. Miskabi said he was interested and we scheduled a time to discuss. I made him a priority due to that fact, only for him to turn around and tell me that he didn't want to take on a case with previous representation. I politely expressed to Mr. Miskabi that I told him prior about the other law firms and just wished he wouldn't have had scheduled a meeting and wasted both our time.
