I already contacted you and you did not respond- amazing how when it's public you are so responsive and all smiles. You may have implemented changes after I left, which is an admission that your firm was not up to professional standards at the time that I was represented by your firm, but it does not change the fact that I received incompetent representation, was charged $30,000 and had a miserable, stressful, 16 months because of it. Your firm and specifically Liz Ernster, did not give me what I was entitled to at minimum. As far as I am concerned, I was taken advantage of and your firm was not entitled to most of the money that you charged. It has been only 2 years since I left your firm - you have a legal requirement to keep my records for 5 years, so if you wanted to look into this you could. That is, if ethics, justice and competent care of your clients were your top priorities- but I know they are not. If they were you would have offered some compensation a long time ago. I wrote to you in 2022 upon my exit so you knew exactly why I was seeking other representation and you happily kept my money. There is no statute of limitations on decency and there is no statute on filing a formal complaint with the California State Bar which is my next stop. read more
