Looking at his stock I only saw one obvious scratch and no dents. We purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator for 50% less than they were charging at Best Buy PLUS he did not charge for delivery, installation, moving one refrigerator to our garage and taking away all the old appliances. I recommend that if you are in the market that you would do yourself a real favor by checking this out. He even was able to reuse our old pedestals be reworking them. No charge and it saved us $600. Really Nice Experience on a Small Job…read more We had a small job where we were having a remnant cut in order to cover a half wall in our living room. During my check and double check of the measurements needed, I added a bit to the rim in the back of the wall but didn't add it to the overall length, so it was definitely my fault when the first cut was a bit off. I called and they were eager to help me alleviate the problem. They added a small piece to the existing cut for me in order to make the right fit and did so without any drama. How rare is it that a vendor is willing to make a problem go away even when it wasn't their fault. Well done EZ, and we'll be talking about replacing kitchen countertops next year when we return.
