The lazy river is the most annoying place in the whole area . Kids acting crazy , flipping people over , splashing on purpose and the life guards dont say a word But ,forbid you use two floats and they jump on you . As an adult if i see someone needing a float ill give it to them . They need to get their priorities in order like bullies and high schoolers and the nasty bathrooms . If i want to bring in peanut butter crackers and a water then i will . No ,i am not paying $10 for a burger and drink . Let us think wisely here and not scare people off for coming to your trashy pools . (Kids poop in it at-least once every day and they close it for 30 minutes )

Both days on Friday and Saturday there was chance for rain on and off and mostly in early mornings then the rest of the day was partly sunny and hot... but based off chance for rain which changes constantly they closed the outside park all day both days. It was sunny all day beyond morning rain which is pretty common in the summer months. Very disappointed with this staff and the policy for weather. No thunderstorms simply morning rain then sun. This seems like a lazy employee problem and management problem.

They told my wife how to replace 2 motors, repair two leaky plumbing fittings, 2 LED lights, and one control panel...in the first 6 months! The cover failed in the first year (sagged and started leaking). The LED lights are still sketchy after 3 or 4 years. When you drain and fill the tub, they re-set and work...until you shut them off; then you have to wait till it's time to clean it again. The speakers are under water with more than one person in the tub and the water is at the correct water depth. As others have stated, the "service" department at this company is a total oxy-moron. They send parts for you to service their crappy equipment. If you are pissed enough, they throw in some chemicals or a free filter for your hard work. The ONLY reason this rating is a 2 and not a 1 is the sales team here in Charlotte. John and Olga are top notch and a 4 rating in my book. They need to rep a better brand but are good folks.

Their service department would make a good comedy if the consumer didn't have to deal with them. The answer you get depends on who you speak with and more times than not the wrong part is sent. Which raises the question. Why should a new spa have a pump, mother board, and mp3 jack go bad within two years?

I want to start off by saying that this review was originally intended for Broyhill Park only, not…read morethe pool. That said, I've been to the pool a few times, so I will touch on that, as well. I first learned of Broyhill Park through the Town of Blowing Rock's recent Instagram post highlighting the place. It looked beautiful on pictures, and it prompted me to want to want to take my dog on a walk there this beautiful, sunny, summer Monday morning. We have lived in Boone for 3 years and have found that we are still continuously finding new places to venture to and take walks. I Googled the address for Broyhill Park, I think it was 1504 Laurel Ln., and my GPS took me to the Blowing Rock equestrian center. I drove in circles looking for the park and even stopped off to ask several folks on the side of the road. No one happened to be from the area and therefore couldn't direct me to the location. Finally, just as I was about to leave, stumbled upon the park. It is right next to the Robbins Pool and across the street from the Glenn Burney trail access. Phew! This little park was cute and sweet and provided a calming, inviting atmosphere this morning for me to walk my dog and rest on the park bench. I would certainly recommend others consider take a stroll here. Regarding the pool: I think I went a total of 3 times last summer. Once for a child's birthday party and the other times with my own nieces and nephews. Anyone can use this pool, provided they pay the small fee required before entering. This fee varies for Blowing Rock residents vs. those who are not. Regardless, it isn't expensive. To me, too, it's certainly worth it given it is the only outdoor pool I am aware of in this area. I grew up in a town where outdoor pools are rampant and available in many neighborhoods, so this was my first experience attending a true community pool that required payment. That said, I really liked it. The kids love it, too! I believe the pool is heated, since the outdoor weather in the mountains is really scorching hot. 10/10 would recommend visiting the pool, the park, the nearby trail, and the town!

(I was kind of confused by the signs that indicated that no pets were allowed that were posted right beside the doggie bags for waste disposal?) There is a relatively short path around the small lake, more of a pond really. That makes it a perfect destination for people who want to enjoy the outdoors, but aren't sure of the weather or may have physical limitations to the more challenging hikes. There is also a community pool located across the street from the park and it looked fantastic. Not only did they have full lanes for swimming, but they had water slides and other splash park water features.
