Does not really smile and she is unfriendly. I like service with a smile. So just saying. She also is so worried about risk, liability and complaints that she is vague about any question you ask her--even general questions. I have been there about 20 times in the past 6 years and each time I go, I sense a disconnect and scorn from her for no reason. I dont get it. I give my business to a lot of people, and have good relations with anyone I give my money to. My usual tip is between 20 to 30% --but when I go there, I just dont feel like tipping anymore. Each time I hope to see a glimmer of customer service from her, and each time I am disappointed. I even told her it was my birthday the next day, and she said NOTHING. Thankfully most of her clients ahead of me took less than 10 minutes. I have very thick brows and have not had them attended to in quite a few years. I've just let my barber use clippers to trim them. Unfortunately that has led them to be very thick and too big. She had her work cut out for her!! Her prices are very reasonably. I texted her and asked if I was one of the appts that needed to be moved and she confirmed I was. If I hadn't seen her story tho I wouldn't have known to not come. Most recently though, it was for my bridal shower brows in Feb. Luckily we were able to reschedule but her reasoning was a bit weird - her bf broke up with her. I've been heartbroken before so I get it sucks but moving appts for that reason gives clients a sense of inconsistency and unprofessionalism. Second time was March for my bachelorette. She was feeling under the weather. Understandable, so we just used that deposit for my wedding brows. That appt never happened bc she had an emergency with her grandma. I'm not an unreasonable person, I get life happens but at this point it seems like she has a lot going on and might not be able to handle the volume of appts she has. She's the business owner so she can reschedule and cancel appts as she pleases, but if you're looking for someone who is consistent then maybe look elsewhere especially if you've got an important event.
