Naheed is a wax / threading QUEEN. She is my GO TO - and at this point, there is no one else I would see for wax / threading services. You cannot beat her prices and her flexibility. I am thankful that a friend of mine has referred me. Up until I got my eyebrows micro-bladed in March of this year, I refused to go anywhere other than MY $25 eyebrow lady (#trustissues). With my micro-blading as a safety net, I gave this a go and immediately felt silly that I had been missing out on GREAT $8 eyebrow threading for so long. I quickly ventured to under arm and Brazilian waxes with Naheed. I'd like to say my pitties are on fleek (among other things). She takes her time to ensure that you are waxed and threaded to perfection. She operates from a room in her easy to find house, which is totally fine with me - especially since she is so close by. I've brought my best friend and my mom along for her services. Just as I suspected, they love her just as much as I do. When getting waxed, my recommendation is to request the hard wax (blue wax). Okay I'm not sure what everyone is talking about. I just left this place because I was supper sketched out! I have no problem going to someone's house for a service (props to them)! However, when I came here I had through walk through the house that smelled and was supper sketchy! The room looks like a scary movie. It's one chair and the products do not look sanitary. I sat down and decided I was going to give her a chance. However as I laid back she popped up with regular scissors! I'm the odd one out. With all these 5 star reviews I was sure it would be a perfect experience. I got to the appointment early so I waited in my car. She arrived promptly with her cute daughter in tow. We walked in together to a home that was dark, dirty, with a wet mess on the floor. With a toddler, I am very forgiving so we proceed to the room. The treatment room is unorganized with no liner or sheet on the bed. She proceeds to work on my brows immediately. She didn't even wash her hands! I'm totally grossed out thinking where her hands could have been before arriving home. My brows didn't turn out all that great. I left feeling like I needed to shower. Never going back. read more

I love this place! I keep forgetting to write a review but I have gone here for the past couple years now for Brazilian waxes, I haven't gotten threaded yet but I should soon! Naheed is very sweet and will explain to you everything about what will happen, and don't worry, she is super sanitary. Please ignore all the comments that say she isn't, just because your not in a white room with super proper high end floors and seats doesn't mean anything. Here, you get more than what you paid for. Yes sometimes her kids bang on the wall, or one time I even allowed her kid to come in and play while she was waxing me, it's not a big deal. She has kids and works as a very hard mother at home, so please respect that. As for the service goes, its great! She's quick, it hurts the first time but after you don't think about it too much. If she has missed any hairs, she will pluck them all out, don't worry, she is very thorough. My favorite part is when she uses the oil in the end to calm down the irritation... feels soooo good. Just a heads up she uses two types of wax, one is pink and one is blue, you will find out with one is the most painful your first time hahaha. Please tip her well, she does a great job! This was my first time going to an at home waxing for Brazilian wax and I must say I was pretty satisfied. I was a little nervous because I used an alternative hair removal procedure for the last two months. However, Naheed was very understanding and patient and took her time with me, and surprisingly it didn't even hurt as bad as I had expected! THANK GOODNESS I DID! Naheed was AWESOME! I've been to salons and paid top dollar for waxing in the past and I've never been so pleased. I wanted to find someone closer to me for my eyebrows because driving to my normal gal was getting harder with my son getting older. So I started yelping away and found that there was one really close to me-Naheed! She is sweet, funny and thorough. She listens to your request, while also giving suggestions. But ultimately, she does what you want. She does work from home with her children, so you do have to be okay with the little ones having fun loudly, or getting upset loudly, but with my son and living with my other nephews before, it doesn't bother me. Wanted to find a New, well priced, easy to schedule waxer who was close to home or work and was great at her job, can't be done right? Wrong! Thanks to Yelp! once again. I stepped out of the box by seeing this lovely lady at her home, and as it is off putting being in a strangers home for such intimate experiences, I think after the first few minutes you settle down and realize this girl knows what she's doing! That paired with being friendly, it's just like being at a pals house, except much more talented (sorry girls lol). Went with my eyebrows and lip first, so fast, looked great, not much pain... EIGHT BUCKS! $8.00!! EIGHT! FIVE PLUS THREE! I gave her twenty and asked when I could come back for a brazilian. She said "whenever you'd like." I said, "how about after I get my nails done?" Two hours later I was back and she did the whole shebang. Not too bad painwise and the most thorough job I've had. TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS! $25.00!!! TWENTY PLUS FIVE! I gave her 45. I paid 65 total for Brazilian, eyebrows and lip, that's including a, like, 49.23% tip!!! That is usually what I pay for a Brazilian, before tip, and I think I tip pretty well, so usually much much more . Plus i got to pick my time, she was close to home, and she's friendly and great! Now, you should be reminded, this is in her home, with her kids. Obviously you are saving so much money to not have to go to a salon, sit around and be judged, but you're also going to have her kids in the other room, maybe talking to you while you're paying. If you read her reviews and go to her knowing this, do not knock her stars because of it! You knew what you were getting yourself into, come on! I was literally over there 10 minutes ago and I couldn't be any happier. Naheed saw me within 30 minutes of calling her (she had other appts already but squeezed me in). When looking for her location, look for directions to 22777 C St because that's what you'll see from the road. She lives/works in the duplex behind it (at 22781). The street parking is abundant for all the clumsy non-paralleling parking folks like me. She runs her business from a separate room within her home. She has two younger children who are adorable as can be, so like another reviewer said, they may be in the room with you but the older child is maybe 4... What will he really remember from you being naked? I'm just saying. My eyebrow threading was painless. Not somewhat painless, less painless.. No, I mean absolutely painless. I usually get teary or have blood spots from previous waxing/threading but I am all good! Excellent Artist! Can't say enough phenomenal things about Naheeds work. Threading and waxing came out excellent. I had my eyebrows, upper lip, threaded...and a Brazilian wax. Thank Goodness I found this wonderful hard working mother of two little super social kids! Naheed is very good at her job, she looks very good after she's done to check there's no more hair. Her prices are amazing! I got Hollywood wax $30.00, half leg $15.00, armpits $5.00 and my eyebrows $5.00 done for a very low price! (I have little amount of hair maybe if you have to much it can change, I don't know! ) Her house is a little difficult to see from the street, her house is right behind the house 22777 and you can park in the drive way or street. If she's busy her kids will entertain you while you wait ;) it's a very simple warm home with just what they need. You'll be attended as soon as she can, be patient! She's always busy with more clients; you'll be in private of course but you'll be able to hear what's going on outside. She's not rushing but she won't loose any minute! Everything is clean and simple! I really recommend her, she's great at what she does and she needs it! Her life story is amazing! To be where she's right now is not easy! Only women! I love Naheed! I come to her for all my waxing needs. She is very thorough and cleans up with threading if some hairs are too short for the wax to pull. Most estheticians don't bother to do that. I was looking for a place to get my eyebrows done past 8 PM. After looking at Yelp I was able to locate this place with such good reviews. I called her and made an appointment right away. The place was a little hard to find since it's not your typical salon but a home service type. As I sat on the chair, Naheed started threading my eyebrows and let me tell you, she has such gentle hands that I didn't even feel the pain.
