It felt like the consistency just wasn't there, and the shape I had about 11 months ago was no longer being maintained. It's clear that Simky is doing her best managing everything, but I think the experience could really benefit from additional trained staff to help provide a more reliable and consistent service when she's unavailable. For now, I've found another place that's been working better for me, but I truly wish her continued success and would give this place 2-3 stars.
