Don't expect to wait long and do your work because my esthetician Chrissy was very much on time. Chrissy was so pleasant and cheerful, and made the whole process of waxing not uncomfortable. This was not my first experience with Natura. I have always been pleased with Natura. Every esthetician that has worked on me has always asked if the wax is too hot or if I'm uncomfortable, because they are so concerned about your comfort. In addition, the estheticians are perfectionists. They will take the time to tweeze every hair to make sure that it looks just perfect when you leave. It consisted of a body scrub with some salts, some sauna time, rest in between, and a finish with a nice massage. What a beautiful way to spend my birthday being pampered. I'm not able to do spa days frequently, but I can tell you that when I do have the opportunity, I love this place. The owner is very nice, they've been around for years now.
