This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of communication and follow-up. We understand places get busy, but not returning calls and then suddenly being fully booked after initially confirming availability is poor customer service. Their reservation system also clearly needs improvement. An online reservation model would make much more sense because the current phone-based process is not working effectively. Although I've enjoyed tea here on a couple of different occasions, the experience is not astonishing enough to return after this reservation experience.

The bridal suite is so big and has a large kitchen area with a fridge; a living room area with a couch and several chairs; a bathroom with a shower; a room that was used for hair & make up; and a front and back porch. For the money paid, this would not be a venue that I would use in the future.
