Wanda, one of their event coordinators is never on time. She was rude to both me and my guests upon arrival for set up the day of my event, in addition to her being rude during the months leading up to my event due to me expressing that I was confused on the organization of their catering options. There were two times where we planned to meet up where she was late both times. One time she overslept and asked did i still want to meet despite the fact that I was already there. Im 8 months pregnant at the time so of course I said I would still like to meet, and had to wait on her to arrive because again she overslept the morning of an appointment that she set the time to. Another time she showed up to a completely different location that was incorrect, to where I had to wait for her once again. Extremely unprofessional and wasteful/inconsiderate of other people's time. Ron, one of the event coordinating managers I believe is also very rude. I explained to him that my catering was late, cold and no one really ate the food and he proceeded to call me a liar and he would not be refunding me anything. Their in house caterer was late to the event. She was supposed to be there at 1, she showed up at 1:40 when the event started at 1:00 then she set up until about 2pm. So my guests who had been there for about an hour still had not eaten, and this was supposed to be brunch. The set up was not completed, she didn't warm any of the food up, nor did she bring any ice for the beverages. Again, we had brunch food catered so because the waffles had not been warmed, they were cold & soggy. Mind you, the catering was $24 per person and catering was paid for for about 50 people. My guests hardly touched their food, most of it was thrown away because it was cold by the time we were able to eat. In addition to it being nasty. My chicken tenders for the chicken and waffles were also burnt. This was a terrible experience. They ruined my baby shower with their unprofessionalism and service overall. If you can find somewhere else, please look somewhere else. The niceness of the place is not worth the service, headache and time wasted that you will experience.

He was onsite and addressed every minor detail I brought to his attention. When I say minor, I mean minor, from putting extra chairs out at our center table, adjusting the pole for the photo backdrop, showing us how to use the digital photo booth, and making a recommendation on where to set up the dessert tables based on how past events were set up. He worked really hard to ensure that our event was a success. We intend to use his venue in Jonesboro, GA for two more events we are planning to hold this year.

I have to say I have drove by this place at least a hundred times and wondered... "What goes on in there?" Will now I know! They are making dreams come true in there! On October 14th my daughter got married and had her reception at the Oasis Event Center. It was such a pleasure working with the team at Oasis and the pricing was fair and reasonable. They had no problem answering my many, many, many questions. They also took the time to explain what I was getting for my money. This was not a small get-together, we invited 300+ and Oasis was able to make it look easy! The place is huge. They have a gigantic stage, dance floor and bar area. They also provide tables and chairs, and they will decorate with the colors of your choice. In other words, they can do it all! For my daughter's reception, they did an outstanding job! If you are planning a big event, (reception, anniversary, major birthday number) ask for Joel! Side note... English is not their strong language, but I had no issues communicating what needed to be done for the occasion. Love this place and will not hesitate to use it again in the future!

The dinner included, a very dry chicken breast that seemed to be seasoned in Italian seasoning, only. It was tough, there were also mashed potatoes that were very dry. No au jus, no gravy no nothing, they served a basic salad and some type of roll that was wet, and the star of the dinner were the green beans. They were very well seasoned and fresh and tender. The meal was subpar at best, and the sad thing about it is that you don't have an option of having food catered from any other venue except this location.
