He knew exactly what was wrong just by looking at a photo. He fixed it in 20 minutes the next morning and pointed out that we didn't even need to shut the water off outside--there was an interior valve by the water heater the first guy completely missed. ​Roto-Rooter wasted our time and left my parents without water unnecessarily. They need to hire more qualified technicians who know what they are doing.

This could have been ID'd if the tech had removed the service panel and looked at the coil in the first place. So ultimately you were charging 3800ish dollars to replace a TVX which was a 80 dollar part. You wasted my time and kept my family in the heat for an additional week due to lack of communication.
