He has a lot of training and certifications, has served as an expert witness in property valuations in federal court so his experience was particularly helpful to me as the buyer, trying to understand and counter the deficiencies in the seller's appraisal report. For example, Rusty saved me thousands off the price and my future condo fees by discovering the sq ft of living space was off by more than 200 sq ft - as advertised and listed in the condo docs - a huge savings for a 1050 sq ft condo! His market insight was also grounding when it came to understanding the true value of various aspects of my potential purchase in a hot north shore MA market.
