UPDATE: Time soon revealed that the store manager wasn't going to do anything, nor was my salesman…read moreLogan (do not recommend btw), nor the customer service staff via multiple emails, so I decided to take this to the top of the food chain as this was absolutely unacceptable. I contacted the CEO in efforts to end this once and for all. Within 24 hours of my email, I was contacted by head office. The man I spoke with was extremely disappointed in their staff, and assured me that this was not conducive of the Brick's customer service policy. I truly believe this. He was almost speechless, and vowed to have a little chat with all staff. I have to give credit to higher level management team for taking this seriously, and taking action to make sure this was taken care of properly this time - not only on the customer service level, but properly addressing their staff. I received my new dryer today, and they removed the existing one. I am thankful this finally worked out - thanks to head office.

At just eight months old, it now looks worn out and 20 years old. I made several attempts to resolve this, starting with an online chat, then the warranty department, and escalating to three different store managers. Despite paying $400 for a warranty, I was told this is considered "normal wear and tear" and not covered. I was even advised to go to Walmart and buy a fabric shaver, and was also told, "they just don't make furniture the way they used to." I have no children, no pets, and the couch has been properly cared for. I never had to use a fabric shaver on a piece of furniture. I didn't even I didn't even know they existed. Every couch I've owned has lasted for years and many of them I've passed on to family members and friends and they still look better than this one. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing furniture here, especially if you're paying extra for a warranty.

Disappointing customer service…read more I ordered a bathroom countertop on their Don't Pay the Tax event. I spoke to a sales rep on the floor who assured me that the counter top I wanted (61 inch) did come with a single sink ( he said it came with both single and double sink options)...he even pointed out the label showing as such. I purchased the item, as well as another large item (gazebo) and advised the staff I wanted home delivery. I was told to go to customer service to arrange...which I did..and I was advised by that area to go back to the department where I purchased the item, as it's done by them. I did this and a date in 2 weeks time was offered. When the delivery arrived and the drivers gone, I opened the item and discovered: 1) it was a double sink, and 2) it was cracked in half. I immediately called the store, at which time I explained what happened. The person on the phone offered to send the driver back to retrieve the item. I then inquired when the correct one would be delivered, and was advised I had to come to the store to arrange it. I inquired as to whether he had the countertops in stock and was advised they had 3. When I showed back up at the store a few days later, they called the plumbing department and the manager came up. She advised me that the sink I ordered only came in the double sink option. I explained to her what the other employee told me and she stated he was wrong. I then showed her a picture of the label for the item ( on my phone) that I took when I bought it...and she shrugged it off saying "its obviously mislabeled..it happens all the time". We then went back to the plumbing department and pointed out the label to her..,and she said that the SS on the label didn't mean single sink, although her staff 2 weeks earlier said that's exactly what it meant. I then asked her what the SS meant and she mumbled she didn't know. When I went back to customer service, sans the manager (who obviously shrugged me off) they asked me what I wanted to do. I told them that I didn't know if the plumbing behind my sink could be modified with my current cabinet and my purchase was refunded. So....initial customer service rep in the plumbing dept was untrained ( not only about the item but how to to arrange a home delivery), the manager was unapologetic for their staffs mix up...and was not the friendly service I'm used to at other Lowes. Would not recommend this location until better training is conducted.

The youngest member of our local host family has declared it her favorite toy store in Ann Arbor. Grandparents beware, have a settled upon spending limit before entering. In the past I have purchased baby gifts for others and treats for a toddler. Today the perfect selection was found after a great deal of deliberation and calculations. The store is well stocked with stuffed animals so a baby goat was selected since we had just visited some earlier at White Lotus Farm. And a great beginner reader was also chosen. Our hosts needed some baby gifts for friends, and those they chose, looked great! Selections are beautifully displayed, the staff is friendly and helpful. Quality of everything we saw was excellent.
