Said it has been happening to much lately, in the past few days. So....it wasn't the online app, it was his crew letting an online order sit. Not our fault, not the fault of the app - their fault. When our order was ready they gave it to us with a "sorry" no discount, no dessert, not even the offer of a drink while we waited. I wasn't expecting a London level plate but it was a very sad and lonely one. Her burger was loaded with BBQ sauce and her mac-n-cheese balls were fried similarly causing the same burnt batter. It wasn't the worst meal I've had at a chain beer joint, looking at you Fox and Hound, but it wasn't close to the best. The Flying Saucer has a very good bar style fish and chips plate that costs about the same but they pay attention to the details that make it better.
