Well I'm here, and I can't check in, so I might as well write a quick review!
I tend to stop in here before going to work and grab a pot of tea and a muffin. I have not had the meals, so I can't rate those. The garlic, herb, and cheddar muffin are great! The actual meals look pretty standard for most cafes. Coffee is apparently great too.
What I enjoy is the atmosphere. Clean, laid-back, friendly, and just the right amount of hipster-ness.
The street-side seating is great for people watching along Chapel Street, and there's a drink special for almost every day of the week (except Fridays/Saturdays). For instance, Sundays are $3 ciders all day.
I also remember having a quick glass of wine here after work and it was nice with an average price around $8.
Overall, not too shabby. Not my first choice on Chapel Street, but there's almost always room here if your first choice is full. read more
