I bought the express detail - $55 express detail - I just finished transporting bags of mulch - they opened one door and said oh - I don't know - that's too much - too dirty - will not come off. I said vacuum it! He goes to get the manager and the manager says it is too much for the express detail - they refused to do it Do they want cars that are just clean?? So I go to the do it yourself - literally in three minutes the back mat - which was the only one he looked at was clean - I shook it off vacuumed and ran it through the mat washer and it was perfect. All it took was vacuuming for the rest - in as long as it took me to get to three oaks 30 minutes - I could have done it myself in the same time and avoided the aggravation - $55 for what???? - ridiculous! read more

Worst car wash I ever been to. Staff doesn't listen not pay attention. They don't care about your car. I told the guy to turn on the "car wash mode" when I handed off the car to him and showed him the button. He did not do it and my windshield wipers were ripped off during the process. Mirrors didn't fold in. After I complained and asked them to fix it and pay for it they of course would not own up to the mistake nor pay for it. Customer service sucks. I wish I would have never stopped in here to get a simple car wash. This is costing me more the the $5 dollars they charge. My wipers are not $20 ....wipers on a GLE 350 are couple $100. If I could give this a negative 19393838 I would. My car was hit by another car during the line wash! Before even getting my car washed, I made sure to leave a very generous tip and this is the thanks I receive. The workers just let the cars run through with no one inside claiming the censor is suppose to stop the car. Well - My SUV Mercedes Benz was hit at the very end. Good use of censors.... I saw the hit with my own eyes and so did several other people. I filed an incident report and also have a video from the dash cam of the car that hit me. The video shows a worker running in between the cars several times.. he could have easily moved my car, but chose to let the accident happen. Brought my car here for car wash and mat wash. Line looked long but they have a very quick turnaround to get you through and out. Very clean interior and my mats were hot steam cleaned. Price is comparable to other places and they do have a club so after so many washes you get one wash free. Very clean car wash and you can see they keep the mechanics part of the washing mechanisms up really good! read more

Three oaks is fine. Thats the only word to describe it. I have been several times and I'm not expecting much for $15 (now increased to $16.95). They ALWAYS leave streaks on the inside windshield of the windshield. Yesterday, I got smart and went over when they were doing the windows and drying off the car and specifically pointed out what needed attention. For example, there was some footprints and salt on the bottom part of the inside of the doors, I pointed it out and they cleaned it off. They will wash your salt covered floor mats for $1 each. This alone makes me happier than others that come here. Where exactly are you supposed to do this at home and not make a mess EVERYWHERE? For a buck a piece, they satisfied this princess tight-ass! They don't do the BEST job vacuuming, I'll admit that, but they do fine for what they do. Yes, I would like them to do better but unless you point it out to them, they will not learn..so my tip to everyone: supervise your vehicle. Stay with it from start to finish. Stand there up there ass if you need to, and if you are not happy with something, tell them. Show them and they will fix it! To management: you need to improve on training. If I can see the dirt, so can everyone else. Streaks are unacceptable. If your staff wants tips, they need to earn them. (side note: I have never gone and not tipped.) I realize they are out there cleaning car after car in all temperatures but lets be honest, they need improvement. These guys are ridiculous. I paid 50 dollars for express detail. 50 dollars is a lot for car wash so I'm expecting the steering wheel, dash, doors and surfaces wiped down as well as cup holders. Hoping the carpets would at least be vacuumed. The car was barely cleaned and The trunk wasn't even touched. This isn't the first time this car wash has done substandard work and i make it a point to let the manager know. Once i brought this to the attention of the manager he says to me. "This isn't the first time you have done this" ....... as if their poor work was somehow my fault. I pointed all the dirty things out and he tells me..... "it's a 50 dollar express detail, what did you expect". I asked him if they wipe anything g down for express detail. He told me no all they do is air spray it out. Really disappointed with Three Oaks. The past few times I've gone I have gotten the Gold wash and every time my car just isn't fully cleaned. Not to say $23 dollars should get me a car that looks like it just came off the lot; however, my cup holders still have remnants of coffee and crumbs clinging to the side, the floor mats simply aren't vacuumed, and for a towel dry, there sure is a lot of dust and debris still on the dash of my car. Also, if you are considering coming here because you can get 20% when checking in on Yelp, I would think again because they do not honor that perk. Not sure why they have it as an option... If you are looking for a carwash that gets the job done and one that attention is actually spent on the crevices in your car than I would go somewhere else. read more

Nothing pisses me off more than having a service performed and ending up having to do more work on my own. Was in the neighborhood and took my car in for a wash and vacuum. I exited the car and waited patiently. As you probably know, car washes take time. It might be 10 minutes; it might be 20 minutes but you typically know what the work will look like. You could imagine my surprise when the car was ready in 6 minutes. I looked around and let's see 1) Dust on the doors still 2) The backseat was barely vacuumed and not cleaned 3) Windows still smudged. I asked them to fix the issues and they did 1 &3 but was told cleaning the seats was a detailing item. I was driving past this car wash on a bright, sunny day and decided to stop in for a car wash. Their sign by the road says $5 wash but that must be for an exterior quick wash only. I did the more expensive but cheapest of the interior & exterior washes for $19.95. I can see what some are saying about them missing some spots during the wash, but overall I was pleased. The guys spent a little extra time working on my car so I definitely knew I got my moneys worth. Overall, my car looked shiny & new from the inside out. Very sloppy work. $20 later water stains and the cup holder is sticky and still dirty. Windows are streaked and it took them less than 7 minutes and my car was done, very rushed. Carpets still are dirty now with a nice big dirty foot steps from the guy drying my car. Waste of money! read more

Awful customer service. Pulled up and the man was annoyed I was there. Did not offer help and stared at me like I was crazy and put a slip in my window. I asked what I was supposed to do and he pointed to the door. I walked inside and they asked me for the slip! Why would he put it in the window?!! Paid the man with no communication still! No thank you...nothing. Workers came in to discuss what was for lunch while one guy dryer of my car. No one let me know it was ready so after a few minutes I walked out there and got in. There was rags left in the car and it was not clean!!! I walked over to give them rags and a tip (don't know why I did that) and finally a man said thank you. We had discussed the package I wanted and she made the appointment. I had left my name and phone number. I arrived a little before 2PM and they were detailing someone else's car. The guy there then proceeds to tell me their is no woman that works there, which is completely false, and tells me the car wash is broken. Came here for a basic full service wash and they didn't do great.. now my girls car was in pretty bad shape because I have 2 dogs who shed, so I knew it wouldn't be perfect but most of the hair was still all over the car, and even besides that interior wasn't all clean, exterior looked great but that's done by a machine so. Idk, il come back again when my car isn't a mission and a half to clean and see how they do. Besides that people there were nice. Update: I've been coming here once a week and they do a good job. Unfortunately, my experience was identical to Vince's (see 2 reviews down) and I wish I would have taken the time to look into this place before I got my car washed here. I paid $20 for a 'Gold Wash' (supposedly Three Oaks BEST wash) which is full exterior plus wax and full interior clean (vacuum, windows and dashes cleaned). It was a waste of money because I had to clean my car myself (for a good 20 minutes) when I got home. I picked up my driver side mat upon returning home only to have rocks and sticks fall off of it - my mats clearly weren't even vacuumed. Same story when I checked the back seat. (Let me just say I rarely have other people in my car and I keep it immaculate, so the fact that they couldn't even pick up the few fibers that actually were in my car is pathetic.) I had to wipe down the entire interior of my car (I honestly think it may have been dirtier than when I arrived at the car wash). All in all the 'interior wash' they did was a joke and as far as I can tell it consisted of them spraying new car scent inside. The exterior wash was better but not much. They never used a power hose on the car at any point so the bird poop on my windshield was still there...along with dead bugs on the front bumper and grill. The woman working the desk was friendly - but other than that my experience was terrible and I will not be using their services again. read more

This car wash shattered my sunroof. While the manager was eager to get it repaired on their dime, it was installed poorly; and now rattles really bad. After the second trip I was told it was fixed. This was not the case and is worse than before. They wont do anything to fix the problem siting that my car is the problem. My Volvo was rattle free and the owner will not return a phone call. Took car there and when my car came out of their wash, both mirrors were dangling and both were scratched from their machines/personnel. Owner has cameras on operation and refused to look at film and stated it didn't matter even if his machines damaged my car, he would never re[air the damage nor take responsibility for the damages in any way. He said his disclaimer sign at the entrance released him from all liability! The owner is a crook, this place is crooked and anyone who goes here will likely eventually have their car damaged as well. Their car washes stink as well! There's a much better place place on Wise Rd. called AUTO SPA - about 2 lights east of Barrington Rd. Do yourself a favor and go there instead! read more

Quite bad. Paid for full service, but they only spent about 2-3 minutes wiping the windows. I also paid extra for washing the rubber mats, but they must use dirty water because it smelled bad. Lastly, they ripped the clips out of the carpet that secure the floor mats when they removed the mats. This is not only a nuisance, but a safety issue as you may recall Toyota had some gas pedal acceleration issues a while back that they thought were caused by floor mats sliding up and getting stuck. For these reasons (and a many more) I cannot recommend this car wash. read more

After spending the maximum amount of money for the "premo" car wash that includes a five day rain guarantee, you would expect the cheap a_ _ business to hold up to their end of the deal when it rains. Nope! When you go back to use your "rain guarantee" you would think they would clean off all the water spots...right? Nope! What happens is they throw more water on top of your car and ask you to get out of your car and dry it down yourself. I went in for a wash and the person behind the counter was not wearing a mask. I usually just leave a business where they can't care enough to do the minimum to protect their customers but my car was already in the washer. I asked the employee if they wear masks and he pulls it out of his pocket. There are plenty of other places in Schaumburg to get your car washed where they care to take require precautions. I took off a star because I signed up for their "punch card" where you sign in with your phone number every time you go and once you get so many, you get a free wash...however they send me random texts here and there saying "we miss you" or "don't forget", come get your car washed today.
