This is one of the better touchless car washes in the area and I try to stop by when I'm in the area.

I've only done the touches car wash which is great if you are OCD about scratches, but too lazy to wash your car by hand. I'm totally happy with the performance of the wash. One minor point would be to bring your own microfiber clothes to dry your car off and wipe down your wheels. Other than that, this place is a big win. read more

This is the worst Self Serve Carwash I've ever been to. When you go to wash your car with soap, just plain water comes, no soap and the owner is a cocky and arrogant prick!!!!When you call him out for being so cheap that he can't even refill the soap dispenser!!! This was a great experience, very surprised on the results. there were some tiny spots were missed but that's because it is an older car model and there were some areas that were really hard to clean. Overall, the car was almost spotless and super shiny. I could see my own reflection. This was out first time in an automatic Touchless wash and will recommend. They do offer vacuum and car shampoo however we didn't try it out. Card or cash only. Very nice people. read more

I've been coming to this car wash for a few years now and was not pleased with how the equipment was not maintained or up to standard. Ever since the new owner took over, there have been no complaints. He's always around so if something is of concern, it can be addressed. All machines are well maintained and there have been a few new things that have been added. Love the automatic wash as well, one of the few that actually have an undercarriage wash. read more

Splash Splash has been a great large and local facility for a quick wash off to full self cleaning. Love that the facility allows Offroad rigs (remember to just clean up walls and floor, brushes after for next vehicles). I have been coming here for years. It is a fantastic place to wash your car yourself. I don't like taking my car through automatic places , I prefer to wash it without brushes. The pressure sprayers have very good psi and they even have 2 bays that are extra high pressure if you want a little more heavy duty of a wash. the soap they use smells fantastic and it's one of the only places around that has triple foam polish to put on your car to really bring out that smooth wet looking shine! The vacuums have great suction to them too, which is actually pretty hard to find at other DIY carwashes. The grounds are always clean. There is no trash and it always looks fantastic. The owner, Mahere, does a fantastic job with customer service and is always there to help! Would definitely recommend this place. It's the best DIY carwash in the whole area! read more

On several occasions, including today, I purchased the touchless car wash and during the stages of washing, it immediately cut short- leaving my vehicle covered in soap-scum and water. This has happened to me several times, I've tried to reach out to the owners and look for any sort of contact information to let the owners know their machines are defected. I'm going to file a dispute on my debit-card statement because these clowns deserve a red-flag from my bank. read more

Great service, had an issue in the automatic bay and the service number was readily available, issue resolved in 15minutes. Also great place for black, hard to wash cars, can prespray the odd angles on manual side and finish in touchfree auto with blowdry. Way to expensive self car wash , the machine doesn't turn on for less then $3.50 , so you can't add a extra dollar if you need a little more your forced to do 3.50 each time and if you don't move fast you'll run threw the 3 minutes they give you , and before you know it you'll leave this wash spending 20 bucks smh ‍ read more

This car wash has some of the oldest equipment I have ever seen in a 24-hour car wash. Literally there are times when the hoses don't work they're spraying out water if I'm doing the self clean and even in the full-service clean the dryers don't work there aren't covers for the vents it never dries my car good and I always leave with a dirty car even after spending 12 to $20 depending on which option I've chosen (self wash or auto). read more

Have been looking for an automatic touchless carwash since a long time and finally found the gem today! The owner was present and was so friendly as I pulled in, I did not even have to get out of my car. He gave an extra rinse hose down for my car to make sure to get all dirt and bugs out and boy it did! The car came out super clean and shiny. I was also given a complementary car fragrance. Convenient pay by credit card. Entire experience was so pleasant, I will be back here regularly! Will be recommending this place to fellow Tesla owners. read more

Update (1/2/20 PM): I went back to Splish Splash this afternoon, hoping to find someone with whom to speak. The owner, Ted, was facilitating traffic in the automatic touchless bay. I told him about my bad experience on 12/30/19 and he immediately knew what I was talking about, noting that he discovered the faulty machinery the next morning and reviewed the camera footage and saw my situation. He was forthright in admitting that he had performed some maintenance on the machinery and that a mistake on his part led to it defaulting into a safety shut-off mode. Anyway, Ted was very warm and comped me in services for my trouble! I had a great experience after giving Splish Splash a second try. My only request would be that there would be a working help line to call, given that in any business, something is bound to go wrong sometime. Other than that, I will go back! Initial Review (1/2/20 AM): Went to the touchless automatic bay and paid for the works ($12) on 12/30/19 with my brand new vehicle, thinking I'd give it a clean, wax and Rain-X to protect it from the salt and snow of Chicago. The rinse and soap phases went off without a hitch, and then... nothing. Just a soapy minivan, waiting longingly for the rest of its bath. We just sat there for a few minutes until we were confident that the metal spray arms wouldn't suddenly smack our new van as we exited the bay. The only resolution was for me to drive into a manual bay in 30 degree weather, get out of the van, and spray it down (this cost another $4.75). So, I ended up exactly where I started, less $16.75. Thanks for less than nothing! Oh, and there was no attendant or phone number from which to get help. read more

Went to the touchless car wash, went thru almost entire cycle until the blower dryer shutoff halfway. New owner was on site & without hesitation was nice enough to resolve this issue by having me run the car thru the touchless wash again free of charge & made sure blowers stayed on entire cycle. This is the first and LAST time I will be using this touchless car wash company. I do not use anything but the best for my car so when I just left the car wash having only gotten water I was left feeling less then pleased. I pulled into a bay, swiped my CC and started rinsing the car off. I dont use foam brushes which can scrape the paint so imagine my shock when I find that after adjusting the dial to the high pressure soap option nothing happened. I stood there waiting for the system to shift like it should and it never did. I also tried the presoak, but that too gave nothing but water. I thought perhaps it was the bay I was in so I moved my car to another bay and tried again....only to find the SAME results. Nothing but water came out of all 3 options! My CC was charge 20$ each time so 40$ total and I got nothing but water on my car. I now have to take additional time out of my day to go find a different car wash that actually has soap! I know many people in the car industry and will be sure to tell them to steer clear of this business. I'll be in touch with my cc company to request a FULL REFUND due to your services not being rendered as advertised. read more
