When I went to tan, I noticed the bed was in terrible condition. There was rust and mold visible under the glass, the top glass had not been cleaned, and six of the bottom bulbs were completely burnt out. When I brought this to the receptionist's attention and asked for a functional bed next time, I was told that was the only bed available for my package unless I paid to upgrade. I pointed out that I paid for a fully working bed, not half the bulbs. The receptionist claimed she informed the owner but had no idea when it would be fixed. When I returned to close my account and explained why, the staff told me that the basic bed "doesn't even give you a tan anyway" because it is their lowest option. If you are a tanning salon selling tanning sessions, every single bed you offer should work. The customer service was incredibly unprofessional, the equipment is poorly maintained, and I am not impressed. Save your money and go elsewhere.
