There's portapotties all around the area, but no actual bathrooms with plumbing or anywhere to change. The splash pad is just water spraying from the ground, there are no fun water tables or anything. The playground is pretty nice and there is a smaller one for smaller kids as well. There is also a fairly big parking lot so finding space should be easy. The park is very nicely maintained, the grass is cut and there's pretty flowers planted everywhere. There's no graffiti on the playground and there's no garbage thrown around.

There are water things that shoot out of the ground in the splash pad. There is one bucket that dumps on you in the splash pad. There is a soccer field and a gagaball pit! There is a ton of field space to picnic or kick a soccer ball around! The playground is HUGE and has multiple areas! It would be extremely had to be "bored" here! There are picnic tables, lots of chairs and benches around. The playground does have concrete but most areas are rubber or turf grass (yay no messy sand or pebbles stuck in shoes!) The other nice part about this park is that it felt very inclusive! Lots are areas in this part for all ages, sizes and abilities! There is also a skate park! It can get very busy, so coming in the morning or later in the evening will give you the best chance at parking, watching your kids closely and getting to play on all of the equipment!

There is a little outdoor amphitheater in the center with ample seating where they currently do movie nights on Fridays and Saturdays. Bathrooms are well-lit and clean. There is a water fountain to refill your water bottle as well as a soda pop vending machine. A large picnic area has a roof covering over it. A goodly-sized playground for kids to enjoy is made of wood with physical challenge elements like monkey bars, climbing wall, and balance ropes, as well as lots of swings. It is very charming. They literally dived out of the vehicle and ran into the park and began playing on all of the equipment. It's a small park at the trailhead near Theodore Wirth Parkway. Easy to find, plenty of parking, lots of shade and picnic tables to sit at while the family plays. It's a circuit of equipment for agility and balance. It's designed for adults but the children adore it. There's a sign at the beginning with a map on how to use each piece of equipment. The kids immediately acclimated to the circuit and began running it and timing themselves on their Apple watches. Along the side there is a running track. We had to drag them away when it was time to go to lunch. Their parting words were, "be sure and tell our mom how to get here."

(There is a pool on the premises but it is not a water park-type of pool experience.) Lots of parking outside and places for guardians to wait inside. Tons of kids of all ages and I noticed that the older kids were very gentle and caring for the littles. It was nice to see. Bring your own snacks and water. There is a robotic vending machine for $4 water the kids loved. Great for a rainy or snowy day. Follow it up with a visit to Dave and Buster's down the road at Southdale. (That's how we got them to leave!)

It kept my kiddos plenty busy! There is seating for the adults. There is also a gym space for kids to run, balls to play with, mini basketball hoops and items for the little kids to push ride on! There is also a pool to do laps and a gym with equipment, but I'm unsure if those cost extra. You can do birthday parties here! Check the website for additional information!! They do have 2 spots where you can get snacks and picnic tables to eat! Overall this was a very solid experience and we will happily be back!
