Excellent food. Very friendly. Highly recommended. Panini was excellent. The owner was willing to make custom food for us.

The chicken fried steak is the best. Not greasy. Huge! The gravy is on point. We tried the cream cheese corn and I'd have to say that I thought the green beans are better. The onion rings are incredible! The mashed potatoes are very good. The service is good. The only issue we had was that we had ordered a side order of onion rings. When a huge basket came out, I asked if this was the side order and the waitress quickly commented that she had put it in as a side order but that they sent a whole order. She said she would adjust it but when she brought the check she said that she took off 10%. Quickly doing the math, the basket we were charged for was $11 while the side order is $5. 10% didn't come close and we barely made a dent in the basket of delicious rings. The live music was nice but they might need to tell the entertainer that it isn't meant to be a show, just background. He doesn't need to be the center of everyone's meal. Local Flavor is a must try! You won't be disappointed.

The spinach artichoke dip was a standout, and my pan-seared salmon was flavorful with perfectly cooked, well-seasoned asparagus. My husband ordered the cold-smoked salmon Benedict, which was solid, but the breakfast potatoes were a letdown: overly fried, greasy, and rock hard.

Breakfast had the standard offerings but I loved their biscuits to order anything else. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and added bacon and it was tasty. Our order: 1 Jack Daniels & Coke = $6.00 2 Kids Juice = $3.98 2 Mac & Cheese = $13.98 (my daughter had two servings) 1 Kids Grilled Cheese = $5.79 1 Patty Melt = $9.99 1 Slice Possum Pie = $3.99 Service was on the slow side both times. The food is reminiscent of Cracker Barrel. The ambiance is similar too, although, Mae's has many old photos of historic Eureka Springs which I adored. We all shared a piece of possum pie which is a famous layered dessert of Arkansas. I'd never had it, but was dying to try it. Highly recommend. The sweet two little old ladies beside us asked about it... There is a small gift shop with local items on display such as jewelry, books, and several foods in jars. Not sure if I'm a raving fan just yet, but it's a good go-to restaurant if everything else is crowded. They do close a bit early, though. The decor in the second room feels as if you have walked into a Victorian parlor with a mix of speakeasy. I loved the art which was from local artist and available to purchase! The service was great. Our server was attentive as much as she could be. It was really busy but our order was taken quickly, our food came out pretty fast, and we were checked in on a couple of times so no complaints! They have an area where they sit out 4 different kinds of coffee (including their house blend and a decaf) that is called their endless cup. Once seated, you can walk over and serve yourself (sweeteners and creamer are there as well) so no need to wait if you need some coffee! I think it was just 65 cents. I also ordered one of their special seasonal iced coffees as well. My boyfriend got a seasonal match drink. All of them including their signature blend of coffee are delicious! The food was awesome. We got the spicy cheese grits loaded with eggs, veggies, and bacon. A huge platter! A berry stuffed pancake and a biscuit as well. Everything was scrumptious! I loved that the berries were stuffed into the pancake and not just on top. The spicy cheese grits did have a kick to them! We shared all of the items and both agreed everything was delicious! Definitely a place I will return to on my next visit!!

The space itself is pretty neat, and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, the drinks were a major letdown. The espresso was just okay, but my iced sugar-free caramel latte was downright awful--overly sweet, overloaded with milk, and completely lacking any coffee flavor. It was so unbalanced that I couldn't finish it.

We had been reccomended this place by a local masseuse after our wedding and we are so glad we tried it! Very creative perfectly done dishes, nice little view ticked away just a short drive from the main strip. We had 2 flights of wine to start, they have a pretty good wine selection. We tried a total of 3 main dishes and dessert here. The goat was tender and cooked just right, I am always on the hunt for goat cooked right and honestly it's been quite a long time but this place did not disappoint!! The duck was my absolute favorite, so much flavor packed in, man am I a sucker for some good duck. It was also the first time I tried trout so I man not be able to give too much of an opinion on it but I love when a resturant leaves the skin on a fish and it was nice and crisp not soggy skin at all. We ordered dessert as well even though we could barely stuff anything else in but it was a lovely sweet dish that was still light and decadent. Next time we visit Eureka Springs we will certainly stop back here!! Wish this was near my home!
