Each stand had an item that incorporated it - pumpkin coconut soup, caramel coconut cheesecake, and coconut cold brew, just to name a few. Plenty of seating and tables to eat at. This year my favorite item was the chicken salad sandwich at the Blue Eyed Baker. I guess they cook their meats using a sous vide method, which made the chicken so moist and tender. Definitely check out this little food fest next year (2nd Saturday of September). I really hope they extend the hours like in years past, because 11am-3pm was too short.
