The Kensington: Hawaiian style, with Blue Raspberry, Pineapple, Cherry, Snow Cap ($11.50). 2. Shaved Ice, with Blue Raspberry, Banana,  Strawberry, Snow Cap ($8.50). Hawaiian style means there is a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle. Snow Cap is a combination of condensed milk cream and evaporated milk. The combination doesn't make it as sweet. Basically, they make really delicious snow cones. 25 different flavours. I tried "The Hawaiian" which was coconut, pineapple and banana flavours combined. Very cool treat.
