This year my favorite item was the chicken salad sandwich at the Blue Eyed Baker. I guess they cook their meats using a sous vide method, which made the chicken so moist and tender. Definitely check out this little food fest next year (2nd Saturday of September). I really hope they extend the hours like in years past, because 11am-3pm was too short.

You can also add side of homemade hot sauce which is an up-charge but oh my it's so hot but also so delicious, I'd recommend it!
