The space was beautifully decorated and smelled fantastic. Everyone that worked at the salon was very nice, and everyone was smiling!! There's nothing worse than walking into a salon or spa and getting a glum/pissed off/bored/annoyed-that-you're-there welcome. The wax was super quick--and she did a great job. She was willing to take a few extra minutes to make sure everything was done correctly and well done before she finished. She also took some time to recommend some products that would help my skin--but put no pressure on me to buy them. Wax-me is professional, comfortable, friendly, and WELL worth the money. First time waxers and seasoned waxers.... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!

The business is setup in her home it may not be as aesthetically pleasing as a salon but you know what she did a better job in my opinion compared to the fancy modern salons that I have been to, that the aesthetics of her business don't even matter. AND THE BEST PART about my experience was the price! If your a student like me her services are very affordable! I paid $45! Usually it's 5 to 15 dollars more with tax at other places so to me the price is awesome! Kandy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful! Do not go here if you wish to have nice nails. The place was very messy, and the door to the back was open and it was a complete disaster back there. They had 2 pedicure stations which were awful.. the person doing my nails brought a plastic bin of luke-warm water for me to place my feet in (basically tupperware), the chairs have this gimpy little massage mat placed on it which didn't even feel nice. Usually when I go for pedicures they scrub, massage, file the nails, clip them if needed... none of this was done. All that was done was i got lotion put on and the polish. After my tupperware bin of water was done the girl simply just went in the back and set it on the floor ... The manicure was by far the worst part, I was telling her how my nails really needed some work, some are short and broken and some were long.. most manicure places would clip the longs ones, file them down to make them even right? nope not this place.. again just received lotion and a very bad polish coating .. as you can see in the picture.. The staff were very unprofessional as the lady that I had kept talking about how her ex boyfriend was a "dick" and laughing at other customers conversations. Overall, very bad experience .. will not be going here again even though i still have a free manicure, pedicure and wax. no way.
