Extremely overpriced in a very low income area. If I could give this place one star, I would. The pricing here has gotten completely out of hand. For example, they had a used Victoria's Secret bra priced at $27. A few weeks ago I saw a broken vintage cherub pottery piece marked $30. I went back today (March 7), and even broken they still wanted $7 for it. Who is paying that? Stained polos were priced $7-$16, and Under Armour was marked so high you could practically buy it new at Dick's. Retail stores run sales all the time -- this is supposed to be a thrift store. For people on a budget trying to buy affordable clothes, this place is not it anymore. And from a reseller standpoint the pricing makes no sense either. It feels like they are just running everything through Google Lens and pricing it close to online prices. But resellers still have to pay platform fees, shipping costs, cleaning, and time. Nobody buying inventory is paying near retail prices. Honestly, I can't imagine how much more money this place would make if the prices were just reasonable. And another thing -- this store isn't even a charity. If you're donating items, consider giving them to a local church, animal shelter, or food bank where it will actually help people in the community. read more

Great thrift store in the area. Unfortunately they don't have a dressing room, but otherwise they keep it very clean and organized, and I always seem to find some great stuff there. Most recently found a few Christmas sweaters, which was quite easy because they had a full Christmas clothes section. The staff are always very nice and easy to find. Oh and they also have some sales around holidays and during the week, just check the signs at the store. read more

Went to Thrift Mart for the first time while visiting family in Madison. I was very impressed 1) Shana who offered helpful hints to see if an item would fit. She was smiling and seemed to really enjoy being so helpful. I told her I appreciated her help and that her work matters. She was very appreciated. 2) As I was checking out, Alisha who was the cashier at the time was friendly, smiling, and spoke well and was very positive. 3) The first woman I encountered when entering the store spoke highly of the owners, of whom I told her I am friends with. 4) The store is very organized making it easy to find the category that one is looking for. I always find something here, this time found a pair of vintage Lee Riders low rise jeans that fit to a T! Prices are reasonable, but you do need to check each item carefully, last time I picked up a cute Levi's chambray shirt got it home and found the sleeves had large tears throughout. Turned into a sewing project for me, but hey one more item saved from the landfill. read more

There are no mirrors or fitting rooms so that's unfortunate, but I have found some real gems here and the prices are pretty good. They do occasional sales on top of their good prices. The location is close to my house and Aldi's , I when I pop in I almost always find a treasure or two! & I have shopped here for years!! But tonight I came by for what used to be 99cent (now $1.25) Monday. They had nothing that I came here for BUT I did find a buggy of other things I liked HOWEVER, they weren't willing to ring me up @8pm after the previous peeps just cashed out, WOW my purchase would have paid for the entire staff that night but too anxious to get outta there... I will NEVER be back again!! Too many other local thrift stores who actually appreciate the business!! Went here while in Huntsville and it was a cold day. The clothes area is massive, like huge!!! Only 3 stars because I asked the worker if she shopped here. She laughed and said No! Really!?!! Why are you the face of this place. Also not the most helpful staff either. Chatting on their phones and among each other. Hate this type of experience while thrifting. Anywho...prices are erratic and rather high for nicer pieces they keep in front as their boutique I guess. Crazy high. Toys were okay in price and random items were ok. It is huge, is it good thrift prices, not really but I was there enough to get a few bags of have to have used stuff. The shoppers were also polite so that was nice to be around respectful patrons although the workers could use some polishing. read more

I was in here with my sister and they do not have a dressing room, we had a couple pairs of pants that we wanted to try on and we were trying them on over our leggings. A manager passed the aisle and looked at us multiple times and I even said to my sister that she was a manager and if we weren't allowed to do it she would have already said some thing. She came back after passing the aisle multiple times and eventually said "y'all need to come out here out of the aisle, we don't do that here, thats a red flag" and had an attitude and wasn't the slightest nice about it. How was that any different than a dressing room? It was handled unprofessionally, get a dressing room, won't be back!!! read more

We were in the store heard that it was costumer appreciation day and everything was half off it stated 4 to five times even when we were in line but we get to the resister and the cashier goes oh that was yesterday not to day waiting on family to get through the line and the cashier was making remarks about you are just listening to to intercom in the store that you came in to spend a amount of money. We have shopped here since my kids were little. Not only shopping here but as two vets one disabled, donated hundreds if not thousands of dollars of items as well. My husband (the disabled vet) purchased an electronic item not opened while I was outside with my grandchild. The line was super long as usual and when he got to the car my daughter noticed the item was for an iPhone 4. So upon getting a in store credit the manager said sorry we can't help you. So I gave the item to her and told her I cant use it and it would be the last donation we ever do. read more

Large for-profit thrift store next to the popular Shakalaka trampoline park. Shopping center is on the seedy side and homeless are usually sitting in the sidewalk outside the entrance. Once inside, you'll see clearly marked sections in this very spacious location (Men's, Ladies, boys, girls, books, etc). More clothes than anything else, but also has toys, knick-knacks, furniture, sporting goods, and misc. As with most Thrift stores, you have to come with patience. The checkout line here is almost always long and slow, with only 1 or 2 cashiers, despite the fact there are 6-8 registers. While a couple of the employees are friendly, the majority are rude, complain constantly, and argue with each other in front of customers. Try to tune them out and focus on the good deals you're getting. I got about $600 worth of clothes today for $80. read more

Thrifty - yes I am! Holy crap this store is massive. I personally think it's laid out really well. They have a huge selection of clothes, bags, and houseware items. With any thrift store one man's trash is always another man's treasure. The prices are well marked to avoid any confusion. I will say one thing if anyone is in the market to purchase clothes they do not have a dressing room. You can return items for a store credit if they don't work. We live a couple hours away so that doesn't work for us. I have certain items that I am always on the hunt for. I found a couple of Little Treasures. My kiddo also had a good time shopping and found three items still with the tags on them. I'm all about repurposing furniture-they didn't have a ton of it. So if you're looking for a good thrift store for a lot of clothes and household things this is a place for you. If you're a thrifter that looks for an occasional antique and things to repurpose like I do probably not the best store for that. The staff was friendly. The checkout line moved quickly. This isn't the cleanest store but I never really expect thrift stores to be that way. I will definitely be back! read more

Only 1 star because I have to. Today I went to this store and found a couple shirts. One of which had no price tag. I went ahead and got in line thinking it couldn't be more than $5. Once I got to the register they cashiers told ME that I have to go to the back of the store and have them put a price on it!! EXCUSE ME?!??? It's my responsibility to get a price put on the shirt???? I THINK NOT!! I put down all three shirts and left. This is NOT the way any business is supposed to be ran. I went to this store today to look at some Easter clothes, I didn't find anything but my brother found a nice plaid shirt. The store was very busy(because it was Easter weekend) and there was only one lady working. They service is very slow and we had to wait in a line for over 10 minutes just for 1 shirt. Once we got up to the counter, we were told by the lady working that she could not sell us the shirt because it did not have a price tag, which it did but she didn't accept it, she said that no one was available to price the shirt and she was not allowed to. So after waiting in line for over 10 minutes we left angry and empty handed. read more

This is the biggest and one of my favourite thrift places to get some good deals, the ones down falls are that dressing rooms would be awesome, i believe there is enough room and not to expensive to install, and the other is just the service from the workers, its honestlt awful but im a pretty open and not really that caring so that didnt bother me that much:) read more

This place is HUGE and has a lot of various things in it from mens, women, kids clothes, to toys, to tools, to tv's etc like you would expect to find. I ALWAYS find great clothes for my 4 and 5 year olds in here, for ways less than the store or even any of the consignment sales. So we stock up on our shorts, shirts, pants, sweatshirts, cats etc here for kids. And you could go every week and find different things if you wanted because they turn over the stock so often, b/c busy place. I have also found some great mens dress or golf shirts here for me from Brooks Brothers, Polo, Tommy Hilfiger etc. One caveat I have seen recently is the store has been pricing their used Polo brand shirts something insane at like 19$ - which is way higher than a Platos closet, which this is not. Maybe it was because that was 50% off weekend, but thats just nuts! All in all a good place to look for things and clothes are put in order very nicely to make shopping easier by size. Wanted to leave a review because seems a couple of the low scores ere just because people like to complain. Yes - it can be a busy store, especially on the sale and 50% off days. nice to save, but line is nuts those days so I usually avoid. read more

I shop here weekly. They have very good merchandise and usually have some name brand clothes (Under Armour, Nike, etc.) at good prices. The prices are even better when you find them when they're on sale. Their shoes are usually overpriced, though. I see used shoes with a sale price of about 60-75% of what you can buy them new in the stores. They don't have a fitting room which is unbelievable in a store of this size. They also don't have near enough cashiers and a 15-20 minute wait in line is not unusual. I would also watch them closely as they check you out. I've gotten home a few times and discovered that they charged me twice for the same item. All in all, I would recommend this store because of the selection and prices. read more

I've been in the store when there are no prices on items and the cashiers explain to customers why they can't sell the item, ppl don't want to understand that that's why the cashier's can't price, it keeps them from just making up prices for friends, customers...pricing is not their job. Why should you ask them to put their job on the line for a 3.00 toy or regardless of the amount. Why get made or act an ass over issues the store has policy on for them to follow. I have been going to this thrift store for years..it is ridiculous prices now. More like a consignment shop. Childrens dresses for over $12! You can buy new for that. This is the absolute WORST thrift store in the Huntsville-Decatur metro area! They have zero ethics and treat their customers like liars and thieves. I do not recommend anyone wasting their time here. I purchased a tank top for my niece, Daria rang it up wrong as a ladies' item, put it to the side instead of bagging it, and then they hung it up later to resell to another customer. Because it was rung up wrong, they refused to give me the shirt I paid for or give my money back. Their stuff is overpriced to start with and their store is dirty and disorganized. Finally, this store is FOR PROFIT, so the money you spend here is not going to help others. Keep driving folks - Downtown Rescue Mission and The Saving Way both have thrift stores down the road from this one and they are both wonderful. read more

Absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life! My son and I get to the checkout with a Monster Truck of his choosing and various other items. The lady says the truck doesn't have a price and they won't sell it. Explain that to a 3 year old. I start to walk out but the cashier is talking to another cashier about pricing it so I change my mind thinking ok, maybe their customer service skills are not so bad after all. I let the last ring up my stuff, $68. Again, nope not selling that $2 truck. A black lady who was supposedly the supervisor, just shakes her head no. Again, really, your not going to sell a 3 year old a truck? Her answer, I'm not going back and forth with you. So, needless to say, they are restocking $68 worth of stuff. The supervisor acted like I wasn't even talking her. Great supervisor. I will never ever go to this thrift store again, ever. And I sure wasn't giving them my money today. I'm not on a budget, just like to save a little if l can, but having an upset child and a mad parent is not worth it. read more

Nice store, but we don't go there much any more. We generally look for books, and some time get lucky, and find one, or more. More than once we've left the store with out the book/s. They don't seem to care how many people are waiting in line, while all too often they will only have just one check out. They should have more that one cashier if there is a line. We could some times wait a while to check out, but most days with my disability, it forbids me from standing too long. I've seen more than once, one cashier, and two others just standing around, when they could be helping. read more
