I like to get to know people when in my house and keep up small talk- yet he stayed working and speaking to me the entire time. He finished the job almost an hour and a half earlier than what I was originally quoted and was able to jump to another small project I had questions on. He continuously asked to use a broom to clean up but I declined (I had to deep clean the entire house anyways). Customer service goes a long way in my book- my fans look beautiful! Not only was sod inferior, but the placement was also very poor. Quality of work: Very poor, as attested by my lawn treatment service. Areas were not measured, so not enough sod was purchased. Value: (Job = $2000) He wanted me to give more money for sod even though he said he only paid $600 for sod. He did no soil prep before putting down sod, he left very large gaps between sod, he put sod on top of weeds, he put sod on top of industrial weight weed fabric. He refused to correct the sod being placed on fabric; he refused to finish front yard. Because he refused, I withheld final payment. After much duress & arguments he did finish back but not front.
