Capt'n Greg made sure to go over all precautions and was attentive to our enjoyment. We got lucky that our sail fell on water balloon fight Wednesday and on a full moon night! Getting to watch and chase three other sailboats as they played like pirates hurling water balloons across the bow was hysterical. Helpful hints for your experience: Something I didn't think of was dinner. Fortunately, the day before, I read a customer's review that mentioned they enjoyed dinner (which they brought along with them) aboard. If you're doing the sunset cruise, make sure you bring your own drinks/picnic basket so you can fully enjoy the gorgeous sunset off Lake Lewisville and not be disturbed by your growling stomach. Also, if the temperature is right, bring your swimsuit and towel. Cap'n Greg might anchor and let you swim to make your experience truly amazing, if that's your thing. Highly recommend.

Interactions seem much smoother when there's consistency in showing up. "If you're a No-Show please don't hesitate to contact management to reschedule, as I've had to do it once or twice." Please don't come in on days you're not scheduled (I learned this the hard way, they only have so many horses to let people train on). The trainers plan their day around the schedule, and unexpected arrivals cause confusion. Ive been taking lessons here as a beginner and the Trainers are very helpful on what you need to improve and give helpful tips on how to correct your mistakes. The lesson programs they offer are very well priced for learning how to ride. They have Trainers for every style of riding from Dressage, Western, English, and more. Also, the boarding is very reasonably priced, especially compared to other places around. It's honestly hard to find something this affordable without sacrificing the basics. If you're looking for a place to take lessons, board your horse, or do both, this is a solid option. The ranch has a comfortable, welcoming feel, and it works well for riders who want a consistent place to ride and care for their horse. I'd definitely recommend CJ's Legacy Ranch to anyone looking for lessons or boarding.

Our host Jamie was amazing and answered any questions you had about the animals. One of the goats was pregnant with 3 babies and due in April, how exciting!!! The chickens had just been feathered so they can't fly out of the coop, so interesting. We even got to take a ride on Trav, there are other horses but you have to be careful as they don't like strangers too much. My kiddo said her favorite part about being here was watching the horses gallop in their field and being able to pet the goats. We recommend giving them a holler for your special event!

My account became inactive because I didn't keep paying for months within my agreement. Now I have to pay $260 for four more sessions in order to use the four sessions that I've already paid for. Money I don't have. Money that Stretch Zone thinks I have. I told the representative I spoke with when I started at Stretch Zone that I don't have money and the money I did have was limited and it was my understanding that I could stop my membership whatever I wanted to. Now I have been told payments have gone to collections during the time I didn't go because either I was dealing with mental health and or my sister being in the hospital. I will not be going back to Stretch Zone.
