Now I've been down this road before, usually when you want to deposit a large amount of coins the banks will tell you they have to be all rolled up first then send you home to start the tedious task but not today. I was pleasantly surprised when the teller gave us wrappers, sorting machines & a little coin holder that allows you to slide the rolls into the paper very easily. Then.... get this.... she points us to a lounge in the back with tables, chairs, a TV, tea & coffee where we can sit and get down to business!!! How about that!?!? Every time I interact with Navy Federal they surprise me in a great way every time! The staff was so pleasant and friendly. They knew to expect our vehicle as we call to make sure each time. We only found out after calling in the afternoon since we hadn't heard back in the usual time that our car was looked at, ready, etc. Once report was filed, police got to look at the footage. No apology for not believing my mom dropped off the car or just general acknowledgement that their customer's vehicle was stolen. Again, this was not our first time dropping off the car before opening so we knew we didn't leave the keys in the wrong place.

I took it in to have him fix it (I dealt with owner Jimmy for everything) and he assured me nothing was wrong. Gave me some BS about 4-wheel drive... He was also very defensive and a bit confrontational about my concerns with the vehicle. I am now paying out the ear to repair an issue related to that very sound I brought up with him.
