My experience is as follows it is 100% accurate and truthful and unbelievable to me: ​​I contacted this florist two days before Valentine's and while placing the order it was suggested to me that i go to the website to view their selection and choose what I wanted to add and call them back they took my name my $170 flower arrangement and the CSR gave me her name to ask for when I called back they guaranteed me valentine's Day delivery. I could not view the website while on the phone with her so she wanted me to call her back i took less than 30 minutes to select the add-ons which was added another $60 to my order bringing the order to over $225. When I called back we got all the way down to the point of accepting my credit card and she told me oh I'm sorry i can no longer guarantee you valentine's Day delivery but they could do it on Monday which is 2 Days Later. I told her had I known this I would never have disconnected to look up the plush animal and balloons I would have told them to just pick what they think that the only reason done that was that her suggestion and now you're telling me that you lied to me and refuse to deliver on Valentine's Day which by the way is only a few blocks from their business. Very dishonest florist and cause me to not be able to make Valentine's Day delivery to a college student who is on a full scholarship and deserved every bit of a Valentine's gift. I would never put my trust in this florist after this incident. I was not rude because I was in shock and I went back to the phone call I believe I would have went off. I'm extremely upset because this was very important for other reasons that this be delivered on time and on Valentine's Day and because of their actions and their lies that could not be done now & by no fault of the customers. SO TRUST THIS FLORIST AT YOUR OWN RISK. I have owned five businesses in my lifetime and from an entrepreneurial standpoint something like this is devastating and I would have made 100% sure to have made this delivery possible due to the circumstances of this happening by no fault of the customer's own other than he trusted the florist in their lie. There was a slight scheduling conflict, but Andrew addressed this issue quickly and professionally. Both myself and the other client were gifted a free service of a foot detox for our troubles. Andrew was easy to talk to AND funny! He made my first dermaplanning experience an easy and stress free one. The service takes around 30 mins and their price point was great, around $55. I highly recommend going to see Andrew for anyone new to dermaplanning.
