I recently booked an appointment at Clique to get my eyebrows waxed. It had been WAY too long since I last did this. I had been looking for a place that was upfront about their prices and that I could book online. Clique definitely fulfilled this. I scheduled an appointment with Hannah for the day that I wanted. I didn't have to wait long to be shown back to a room, though while I waited I was given water and an "antioxidant" nut and chocolate mix to enjoy. The candles in the waiting area also smelled divine. Hannah expertly got my brows back in shape with minimal sting from the wax in the allotted 30 minutes. And I spent roughly $30 including tip. I'm super disappointed to write this, but I recently had a poor experience here. Clique was my go-to for spray tans. I booked a spray tan several weeks in advance for a date in May. I was contacted at one point to alter the time of my appointment, which was totally fine. I said as long as I can have this day, that's okay. Two says before my appointment, I get another call saying they need to cancel my appointment and the best they could do was a different day. I have two kids and had childcare arranged, couldn't make the other day work. Even though I had booked this appointment WEEKS, even months in advance knowing it was a busy weekend. Although I understand things come up, I wasn't offered anything for the trouble. To be honest, the receptionist seemed annoyed with me .... Really disappointed because I loved this place. Came here recently for a spray tan before a cruise. Wow, the girl absolutely nailed the perfect shade for my pale self that looked gorgeous but not crazy fake like I wanted to avoid. This spray tan was honestly life-changing because it helped me see myself in a whole new light and allowed me to appreciate that all of my efforts in the gym are paying off more than I realized. The staff was very welcoming upon entering. I received a facial and it was well worth it. The staff asked about my skin before the appointment began. It was very relaxing and comfortable. Visited based on the recommendation of my niece that works at the receptionist desk. She recommended Linda for a facial. I also scheduled Charley for my brows. Entrance/lobby is very welcoming and decor throughout is stunning. Rooms are quite spacious and all staff and patrons followed Covid protocols. I've had facials before but Linda with her 35 years of experience, was in the words of Chef Emeril, "Another Notch!!!!". She gave me the experience of my life!!! She definitely takes her craft seriously and I felt rejuvenated afterwards. She paid close attention to my areas of concern and addressed them. The most phenomenal facial I've ever had!! I booked her for my next month's facial. Charley on my brows was also great! I shared with her my past horror stories with other estheticians/threaders/etc. She took time to talk to me & share my preferences. I just love this place. Everyone I've ever interacted with has been incredibly kind and helpful. I've had a few different services at Clique but my favorite is definitely the Polish facial with Dear! She does an amazing job. If you've never had a facial before, just know they can get a bit messy and you'll want to leave everything on your skin for a while to absorb. It's best to schedule them for days/times when you can just go home and relax afterward. I love that Clique has later appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays so I can go after work, or on Saturdays. Their online reservation system is great and they can keep your card and gratuity preferences on file so checking out is a breeze. I come in for lash extensions. This is the first place I've ever received that type of service. Soon as you walk in the place is beautiful and clean. The ladies at the receptionist desk are so kind and wonderful! I see Jasymn for my lash extensions and she's so kind and thorough when working on my lashes. I fall asleep so fast whenever she starts working on my lashes it's so relaxing. She talked with me about the process and how to clean my lashes. Absolutely amazing place, no complaints. read more

After moving to Louisville 4 years ago, I struggled with finding someone to get a handle on these brows! Hearing several people rave about Cheryl at Clique, I called to get an appointment. Thank goodness I did. She has been a lifesaver for these crazy, over-tweezed/waxed things. And she's the sweetest person, making what often feels like a chore enjoyable! Carolina is a gem, as well, and exceptionally talented with spray tans! I'm super self-conscious, but Carolina (one of the kindest people I've ever met!!) always makes me feel comfortable. My coloring is never orange, but always sun-kissed (to whatever degree we decide fits the occasion).
