I caught her four different times rubbing the same spot for five minutes. I even asked to cancel the massage and she acted like she didn't hear me. After that was all done. She comes back into the room with hot towels to wipe the oil off, and I noticed a very strong stench coming from the rags after she left the room. I smelled my skin and almost threw up. I went and told her that the rags smell like mop water and she insisted they use detergent and bleach, but all I could smell was a funk I noticed they just finished mopping the floors so in my mind, I'm thinking she took clean rags and dipped them in the mop water. I had to bitch and complain to the owner. Finally, she refunded me my money. The masseuse name is Miya she is a horrible human being if she did that but I've had better massages from an electric massage chair for 5$ in the mall.
