Their website was terrible and all I was doing was trying to buy my mother a gift card; called but I couldn't even do that over the phone because they have no way to get a gift certificate to someone. So it became increasingly frustrating to do business with an office that isn't in touch with today's customer market. Ended up in a yelling match with Valerie De Loch. In the end, they lost the business as I preferred to go elsewhere.
