So I went back and forth on rescheduling. But I knew a part of me wanted so feel normal for a little bit. I kept my date and was excited before I got in. Once I got inside a) it's beautiful, the space just screams sexy and relax! B) the atmosphere that Karen creates there is so positive and energetic! I was starting to get excited, had my makeup done and looked amazing same with my hair! Then on to picking out the outfit an getting ready to start! Any anxiety or fear disappeared! I felt finally like the woman I had been before kids, before cancer. Karen made sure to help me look my best and feel my best with each photo. After the shoot we got to see the pictures and WOW! I have never been so happy to see my pictures taken. I felt so empowered and ready to take on the world. I hope to do it again as it's the funnest self car thing I've ever done for myself! She was very communicative in advance of the session, answering all my questions and confirming the logistics of the shoot. One thing I especially liked about working with Melissa is that she is very transparent about her pricing. She also arrived at the location early to scope out the best lighting since she had never been there before.
