Flowers arrived with nothing but a tie, not very presentable. My sister was being nice and tried to take a good photo of the flowers to not hurt my feelings but even in the photo you can see the roses are not fresh and are dying. Look at the stems of the flowers too! They're dry and probably won't last for 24-48 hours. Probably better off buying flowers from Trader Joe's Update: They called me back and offered a discount for my next purchase instead of offering to replace the drying flowers. After my experience, why would I buy from here again?? They also admitted that they didn't wrap it in the brown paper because they believe a plain white tie is more festive. I wish they would have contacted me and asked if it was okay for them to change my order. Even flowers at grocery stores come with a plastic wrapping to make it more presentable! I also feel bad for the door dash driver who had to deliver these flowers without a cover. Hope their car didn't get ruined.

When Bo-Ty Florist closed, we moved our 35 years of service with Bo-Ty to Walker. It was a…read morenightmare. Accounting records were never correct, arrangements were produced without request, seasonal grave decor was juvenile. This caused a lot of discord in the family who requested floral service. In our 4th year of angst with Walker, florals were not even delivered. You will need nerves of steel to deal with Walker and it requires a LOT of oversight. I will never use them again. Bye Bye after 39 years.

Take your money to a florist that can at least deliver in a remotely timely fashion and not act blasé, dropping a general disclaimer about not guaranteeing delivery times. If you can't get your orders out in an organized fashion to accommodate reasonable requests accompanied by a good tip, don't take the orders offer to refund the tip. Otherwise, your customers are wasting their money. As for me, I won't be wasting mine here again. Stick to weddings and not delivery orders.
