He is fast to respond and explains things clearly and makes things easy to understand. We have used John 3 times now, once for a contract we cancelled due to inspection issues. Aside from John, even a few months post sale we get emails from Wasserman with helpful reminders regarding privacy, security and other valuable insights for a new owner. It's a little thing, but it's clear they value their clients even after the "work" is done. There's more... They also are active with local charities, which for me is a big plus. I was happy to match their donation to WITS. No reason not to go with Wasserman. Great value for the money. We loved working with them. Ask for John, you won't be disappointed.
