In the process, they were very rude and lied. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was refused. The receptionist lied and said that we yelled at her. It took 4 attempts to get my records sent to a new dentist and they still haven't sent everything. They were rude about doing the little they did. The new dentist seems capable, but you may find yourself with bills you should not have and a nasty attitude. With bad reviews everywhere, you would think ownership would be addressing the office manager and receptionist, but I didn't see any improvement in the 2 years we went there.
