All of the work that I have ever had done there has been efficient and thorough. The staff gives you a reminder call a week in advance and a day in advance! That works out great for me because I am extremely forgetful! They have recently painted and it looks great! The prices are the best around town! Just check for yourself, however they are currenly only accepting new patients for cleanings only so be sure to get in for a cleaning and then you will be able to see Dr. Miller and his sexy, single assistant!

Multiple friends of mine that go there say the same thing. She's like a tyrant I've been going to this office since I was 12 years old, my kids have gone to this office. We now we use a different dentist. I can't take dealing with her arrogant attitude. She runs the place like her own little spoiled girl Clubhouse. Seriously walking in there is like walking by the lunch table for the Mean Girls at school anymore. I even seen on her Facebook at one time it said that she deals with crazy b***** people at work all day under her bio. Really? you working at Great office with nice hygienists, a nice dentist, and I have never seen anyone being anything but patient and friendly as far as clients go. I really think this woman is in the wrong line of work. Her attitude has been turning away a few families that have been long-time patients. Mark my words it will happened much more the longer she runs the place. I'm not the only one who feels this way many families I've talked to are currently unsatisfied. I've already talked to Dr.Miller about it but he doesn't seem to see and so have my friends. But he has blinders on with her or something. Dr Racine and his staff answered all my questions when I was thinking about using his services. I was impressed that this dentist office was keeping up with the times with newer style X-ray equipment, air filtering, and other newer dental technologies. I have now been there for a total of six appointments as I needed considerable dental work after postponing dental visits for two plus years of the pandemic. At all visits I have been promptly greeted by a friendly face, and time spent in the waiting area has been minimal. Dr Racine and the various staff and technicians have been cordial, professional, answered all my questions about the procedures I was there for, and explained what they were going to do, and what they were doing as they worked on me. They consistently check to see that I am comfortable, and OK, while they are working on my teeth. They offer free nitrous oxide upon request, and being a bit of a wuss I request it each time. I have had scaling and deep cleaning for Periodontal issues, multiple crowns, and several cavities filled now and all done painlessly, with minimal discomfort. I am fully happy with the work, and experiences I have had with Dr Racine, and Vienna Family Dentistry, and I like their very realistic ceiling light covers that I have been getting a lot of time to look at. LOL

DIGITAL DOCUMENT STORE…read moreI came in more than a month ago to have your company quote me for a Play Mat that I wanted to have duplicated and I have to say that I am sorely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism that I have experienced at your store. I have been working with Cherie who at first was answering emails and working with me on a regular basis but then the communication just stopped. I sent 2 emails asking for proofs on December 2nd and got no response until I took the time to pick up the phone and call 10 days later ( December 12th at ) and she wouldn't even take my call. I left a message asking her to call me back and she did not. Instead she sent me an email telling me that she would be returning my mat to me (at my request last Friday) and that she sent me email the previous week and has no idea what could have happened - to email - she sent - ....... I run a small business and do not have time to babysit people I am hiring to do a job for me. I used to be a graphic designer specializing in Print Layout and if I treated a client like this I would have been fired. I understand that the job is small because I am duplicating this to test my market and see if it will fly. I also have other playsets that I would like to do that for, would like to make lithographs, and I do some direct marketing myself so I could have been a repeat customer. May I remind you of the mission statement on your brand?: We want to help build a strong local business community. Have you noticed that customer service isn't what it used to be?
